I love this iPad Mini! I waited a long time to accrue enough credits to buy it, but it was worth the wait. It’s the perfect size - I have an iPad Pro and an iPhone 13 Pro, but the phone is too small to use for prolonged reading and the iPad Pro is too big to toss in my purse. With the iPad Mini I have everything I need all the time-books, calendar, checkbook- and plenty of storage for a long, long time.
I tell everyone about Back Market. I am a tech teacher so when my students need new tech I advise them to buy refurbished instead of new. It’s a win-win for everyone!

Service was great. New cable came with but no charger. Don’t remember if description said it was included or if I just assumed bc new comes with one. NBD since I have a good charger. Besides, whole point of buying refurbished is to cut down on waste.

It’s perfect, my iPad Pro was getting to be too much to tote around, so this iPad mini is perfect. It fits in my purse, i am able to read my text books and review my school notes on the go on non class days. Highly recommend!

The iPad arrived in flimsy packaging (literally just a bubble wrapped mailer which, miraculously, did not damage the item) and no charger. I sought support from Back Market and received a very helpful response and am receiving a replacement charger. I was a little let down by the whole ordeal but am grateful to have my problem resolved. The iPad is in great shape and works as expected.
