    This is practically my first laptop from you all and I’m very impressed. The MacBook Pro is very responsive and clean.     My first experience with black market didn’t go so well. I ordered excellent condition, the packing slip said good and what I received was a busted up laptop that was open to expose the inside body. I waited almost 2 weeks for the replacement then the seller didn’t have one. I recommend opting for a refund instead of replacement if you have an issue. You’ll be able to get another item a lot faster that way. I re-ordered with a top seller on here so hopefully my next laptop and experience will be much better. The refund process was super fast and smooth.

    I appreciate BackMarket however for the first time I had a poor experience with a seller. The device died within three months and even though the warranty covered repairs, replacements and refunds my only option appeared to be a refund while they continued to seller exact and similar items. So the warranty only covers one option. Now a refund is better than nothing however it doesn’t avoid a dissatisfied experience with the seller.

    I was expecting one delivery and made a special effort to be home to meet the delivery. And while a product arrived, it was only the pencil for the iPad and not the iPad. Beckmarket’s tracking says that the iPad got delivered today and the pencil comes tomorrow. Unfortunately I cannot be home to meet the delivery.

    This was my first time ordering with BackMarket. Advertising, ordering process, emails, language with customer on website all easy and good! Computer arrived on day earlier. Great, but I was not expecting it. So the computer, when delivered was placed on the ground, in the drive way on a sandy country road in the hot sun in the middle of the day. I had no idea how long it was sitting in the heat. I immediately wrote feedback about my concern that the computer might be affected after having set out in the hot sun.I did not hear anything back which is fine since I could have just sent it back. I order this product that was suppose to be in "excellent" condition. The screen, the board were indeed in excellent condition. The computer case had scratches and a small dent. I did not expect that. I should have paid the price for "good" but not excellent condition. Why did I not send it back? I could not afford being another few days without a computer. Ideally I would get reimbursed the money I paid extra for a refurbished product in excellent condition and pay the price for a computer in "good" condition. I appreciate this follow up email very much as an expression of your good customer service.

    For the most part the Mac mini runs pretty efficient. The processor runs smooth and it’s no lag within it definitely an amazing computer. Other than needing a hard drive for games such as the Sims 9 years later and it’s still legit!
