Delivery of my iPhone 12 pro max was great! The cover and phone arrived the same day, but the phone could not be left without a signature. That was awesome! I have had both for about a week and so far, everything is remarkable. The one concern I have is that the max battery capacity is 86 percent. I expected a bit more since I requested the highest quality phone. All in all, it was a good experience, and I would use Back Market again. I like the idea of refurbishing items as opposed to trashing them and buying new.

The phone - Iphone 12 pro max 128gb, gold, unlocked, fair condition - arrived in 4 days total from when i ordered on july 4 (a holiday) to evening of july 7 when i received it (regular free shipping). i paid $559 incl. tax. the phone was packaged very well and came with a charger and a sim card remover. it looks brand new, not a single scratch or spot, absolutely brand new phone. i believe the only reason it is "fair condition" is because battery life is 86%. i usually use the phone a lot (personal and work) and charge it every evening but typically it last for a full day, probably longer. i have been using it for two weeks and couldn't be happier. every time i show this phone people can't believe its refurbished.

Amazing refurbished iPhone! Purchased iPhone 12 pro max in ‘good’ condition after getting my phone stolen and the phone I received was basically brand new! No scratches or dents or marks as far as I can see. Exactly as described and set up like any normal iPhone. Have had it for a few days now and seems to be no issues. Battery life at 87% capacity!

I first heard about Back Market from a YouTube video on what happens to trade in smart phones. I was absolutely blown away from that video and quickly took the web link down and stared surfing. I had an iPhone 10xr 64 gb and had long used up all of its local memory on apps alone because I use my phone at work to control a dozen or so networked interactions and also personal photos and videos as well. So since the coming of the iPhone 15 coming this fall I thought it was time to upgrade and since I’m not the kind of user who has to have the shinny new toy it just needs to serve my needs and do it fast and smoothly. To my surprise I came across a refurbished iPhone 12 Pro Max 250gb less than what I paid for the 10xr a few years ago and in excellent condition. The phone arrived in a few days (ordered on a Friday, arrived on Monday) took about an hour and half to transfer all data to the new/used phone. Oh by the way the condition is in deed excellent! Okay I’ve never bought a refurbished phone, but when my new phone got stolen recently I had no choice but to buy a cheaper option phone. I found back market through research and a YouTube ad and it just seemed too good to be true, but I had a good feeling. I purchased a 256gb iPhone 12 Pro Max in fair condition and it came better than I would have ever expected.
