I must first applaud whomever that is overseeing all the write-ups on this website. The individual(s) has/have a great sense of humor and they uplift my mood with smiles each time I pay a visit to this site, thank you! Whoopee! The unlocked iPhone 8 plus (Mint) that I ordered is the best I could ever ask for. In fact, it looks very new, no scratch. It was beyond my expectation! It is working so perfectly too. I bought a phone case which comes with a screen protector, I also bought a different/single screen protector and they arrived before the phone arrived. So, I doubled up these two screen protectors that the screen becomes less sensitive when I touch the ends of the screen to pull the keyboard area for typing. At first, I thought it was a problem with the phone. However, I noticed that the phone works excellently fine each time I remove the screen protector that comes with phone case, and if I use the phone with only the single screen protector that I placed differently on the phone. The iPhone SE that I was using before had just a single one screen protector on its surface, but it is just my personal cautiousness to keep the phone off any scratch, as someone going from SE to 8 plus (I do not blame myself that much for being extra careful with the phone). But I must remove one screen protector to allow the phone breath :) My greatest fear was that I am using H20 wireless sim card (network) which most people did not know of. But with the description of the unlocked phone, I ordered it anyway. I rushed to insert my sim card when I received the phone, and I was thrilled that it worked perfectly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, overall, I will give ten stars to this seller! The phone is in excellent condition and looks so new. Also, the seller shipped the item on time and it was delivered on time to me as well. I have been using the phone for 19 days now without any problem in any of the functions and settings. I highly recommend this website and the seller, you both rock!!!

Like brand new! I honestly inspected this product with doubt as soon as the package came TRYING to find a sure sign of its “refurbished” status, and couldn’t find any! Packaging was a simple white box, not an official Apple box however once you open it up, it’s as if you purchased from the Apple website, comes with a new charger and even had a glass screen protector included. I immediately checked the battery life capacity and it was at 100%, 10/10 would recommend, and already have!

I love my new iPhone! Its condition was rated as fair, but it's gorgeous! I can't find a single indication that it's used. Especially compared to my cracked, scratched and dinted old one. Back Market even included the SIM tool! I was so proud of myself for opening the little door and getting the SIM card out. And then I promptly fumbled, and it fell to the floor, which has a nice layer of paper bits, like miniature leaf litter, that fell out from cutting with my papercrafting dies. So I was on my knees under my desk, looking closely at each little pile of multicolored bits, and miraculously, I found it! I never would have dreamed that I could make the switch and transfer the data myself (well, all I did was follow directions and letting Apple wizardry make the switch. This iPhone 8 came as described - mint. Truly. Could not find a single cosmetic flaw after going over it with a jeweler's loupe. It seems to work perfectly, turns on, shuts off, battery, all appears to be in order, after more than a week of taking delivery. Very satisfied with the lightning-quick shipping, even during special times as now during pandemic, order to delivery time was quite rapid. So far so good. Paid more for the “best” phone. It was very clean with no real damages seen. The screen was clear and had a protective glass cover. The battery shows at 100% capacity. The phones battery was completely dead on arrival but just need a good charge. Super happy with the phone and purchase, I would for sure recommend the site and use it again!!!

I could not be happier with the iphone 8 I purchased. It came in mint condition as advertised. it gets a full charge on the battery and all buttons, apps, etc. work perfectly. It truly looks and acts like a brand new iphone. I will gladly recommend this company to my friends and family. The best part IMHO is the warranty. Easier than traveling to an Apple store, although I see they now offer Apple Care phones for purchase for those who live in major cities. This is a great new business.

The Iphone 7plus arrived in perfect condition. Not a scratch or blemish on either the body or the screen. It would be tough to discern the difference between this phone and new. There was a screen protector already applied, so it wasn't necessary for me to add one. I simply inserted my AT&T Sim, and was on my way. Also in the box was new wall plug, and lightning cable. While functional, the lightning cable is not as nice as a genuine Apple cord. The new cord is not as flexible as Apple's. The shipping was excellent. I received my order within a couple of days. I would definitely consider purchasing from this reseller again.

This was my first purchase and it was the Shine category that I went for. Expecting an almost mint condition, I did receive it that way. Everything looked great and it was spotless and it also had a screen protector as well. The battery health showed 81% which was more than the promised 80% on the listing. However, after using it for a few days, I could see the battery started getting discharged abruptly. The battery percent will fall down from 80% to 55% in a second and sometimes the phone would shut down while using. I then used the BackMarket site to report this issue to the seller and they were very prompt in addressing the problem. They asked me to ship the device back and after checking its battery, they installed a new one. I got the phone back in a weeks time and have been using it now for over 2 weeks with no issues at all. The whole transaction was very pleasant and the seller was very helpful and addressed the issue amicably. Only that I had to wait a little longer to use my phone. Thank you BackMarket!

I ordered this iPhone 7 in 2020. It's 2024 now, as I write this. The phone has worked great! But it's very old now and struggles to do basic things. The battery has lived it's life. And the newest iOS is not compatible. I just bought a much newer phone (Google Pixel 7) from BackMarket to replace this ancient iPhone 7. I have never had a bad experience with BackMarket and have recommended them to friends and family people who, as far as I'm aware, have also had a great experience.
