    I was sent a product I did not order. I ordered a space grey 2020 m1 Macbook pro in excellent condition. What I received was a Macbook air. This was a present for my son's birthday. Needless to say, he was not thrilled. The advertisement was for exactly what we ordered, but the seller said that he did not even have any Macbbok pros. I am not sure if this is false advertisement, or ads being thrown up willy-nilly just to sell something. The seller was easy to work with in getting the refund. But overall I was unimpressed by the lack of attention to detail in filling my order. We hope this will be our only bad experience with the whole process. Thank you to the seller again, for getting us back our refund. Full disclosure, we have used Backmarket for other purchases and still felt OK to try with another seller for our Macbook pro order.
