What I ordered waa a used, "excellent" Galaxy Note 20 locked to Verizon - What I got is a ( likely ) former store display with all original parts, almost ZERO imperfections, 98 percent battery health and only very minor, basically invisible screen burn; UNLOCKED. Considering I got the warranty for screen replacements in the future, I'd say that's a great compromise for the money. Great phone.

I purchased an iPhone 11 Pro in excellent condition not sure why it says “good” condition above. This was my first time purchasing an item on this platform so I didn’t know that I was purchasing from different sellers. I was worried after I looked at all the reviews. HOWEVER, mine was shipped within 24 hours of a business day and delivered within 3 days. It came with protective slips on it, inside a a plastic protective layer surrounded by bubble wrap and package in the perfect size box. The product was in flawless condition on the outside and works perfectly. I’m very happy with the product, the seller, the packaging, and shipping. This was my first time buying a used laptop and also my first time buying an apple laptop, so my review might be biased but here goes - Shopping experience - Excellent. The description had everything I needed to know, the filters work great. I did have some trouble finding the exact processor unit I was looking for, but was able to figure out fairly quickly. Delivery experience - Great. While it's not as fast as Amazon, the laptop got to my quick enough (a day earlier than it was supposed to). If you can wait for more than two days for something, then yeah! go for it. Laptop experience - Awesome. The laptop blows my dell out of the water (granted it is three years old). Something I've disliked about windows laptops is that they reach the end of their life in about three years. The performance degrades over time, there's usually too much bloatware and even the partitioning of SSD + Hard Drive into C/D drives is done prior to you getting the laptop. I could spend a weekend trying to fix it, resetting, re-partitioning and rebooting my old PC but that was 20s me. 30s me has learned a little bit of extra money is worth the reduction in stress and improved ease of use. To say the laptop is quick is an understatement, but also relative to which system you're used to; but it is quicker than most laptops out there in the same price range. The speakers on this laptop are one of the best ever. That's it. I've been playing spotify on my laptop and then on my nest speakers and the laptop is much better (at least to my ears). Laptop condition - Excellent. I can not find any signs of use on the laptop, but it would not have mattered anyways. In retrospect, I could've bought the 'fair' condition / saved some more money and would have been fine with it. I will be coming back in future, when I decide to upgrade my phone or other devices.

I've never trusted buying a used phone, but my circumstances nudged me in that direction. When I found Back Market, I was still nervous but went ahead with purchasing the phone I wanted. I'm pleased to say the phone and whole experience of getting it far exceeded my expectations! Phone works great! Body condition was fine, had a few small scratches and blemishes but I put a case on it anyways. Screen was flawless, no cracks no scratches no nothing! it came unlocked and seems to function perfectly. This is my second time purchasing from back market and I will always be a returning customer.
