This phone is almost indistinguishable from a new other than a small scratch on the first camra near the bezel that dosent affect camra quality and it was verry dusty but I just wiped it down overall I am verry pleased with this purchase

This is a great phone for the price. Beautiful OLED screen, a great camera, and a fast and functional OS. For the model itself, it's everything the typical cell phone user could want in a device. At 6.7 inches, this is one of the biggest Android phones on the market right now outside of a folding phone. If you love screen real estate and don't mind the extra bulk, you will love this phone. As for Back Market itself, I purchased a "good" condition phone and the phone's shell came with noticeable scratches, but who cares when it will spend it's life in a case? Perhaps the most obvious issue was a small scratch in the screen itself, but I hardly notice it and, at $600 off the sticker price, I can't complain. Battery life is good enough to last all day and a little more. Another point of consideration with refurbished phones is always the longevity of the device due to its update cycle. The Pixel 8 is when Google began their extended security updates, so as of this writing, the Pixel 8 still has another 5 years of life left. For the environmentally and budget conscious consumer looking to save CO2 and $$$, five years of use on a pre-owned phone is about as good as it gets. I love this phone and would recommend it, and Back Market, to anyone looking for refurbished tech.

This is my new iPhone after having my iPhone XR for a couple of years. I had some doubts of buying a refurbished phone from a website and I have no regrets. It's been about a good three weeks since the phone arrived and it has been working like brand new. The battery health is at 88% which is pretty good. A simple battery replacement is no big deal. I'll definitely recommend some one buying a phone from Back Market. This is my second purchase and I have no regrets.

This 12 mini looked like brand new when received and it came in a few days! I didn't see any scratches or dents at all. The seller I used was OM-Wireless. I have used this phone for 16 months and the battery capacity is still at 100%, its a very fast interface, and I haven't had an issues with it. The camera woks just fine and has been too. I came from having only 64 GB so this upgrade felt quite larger and definitely worth the extra cost (given I took photos while traveling internationally so much). Backmarket was easy service to use (I didnt have specific issues) and very clear as to what your buying. The size of the phone is perfect for someone with smaller hands as it doesn't feel too big (or too small) in my hands and my height is 5ft 2in. I will say I full cracked the backglass and camera glass 15 months ago and its still worked just fine (haven't gotten in fixed yet). Even though this phone came locked to Verizon, it unlocked within 6 months of owning (maybe less since I didn't check earlier) and I was able to use this phone traveling internationally and using different carriers (using physical sim cards). I tried using an eSim prepaid plan but it did not work so I'm hesitant to try again if its eSim compatible. I would highly recommend this phone especially since Verizon unlocks the phone a few months later. However, if you think you want to switch carriers I suggest just buying an unlocked phone as to not deal with the hassle. And the red color is closer to a coral color.

I needed a tablet for work. Debated which one to get and decided on an iPad due to, well, peer pressure I guess. Really didn’t want to spend $900 on a new one, so I researched refurbished ones. backmarket had a lot of satisfied customers, and the negative ones mostly seemed more geared towards delivery times rather than product. The couple that were product related I found backmarket was very quick to do whatever they could to rectify the complaint. After some performance comparisons, the iPad Air 3 seemed to fit the bill. My use for the tablet is to help me do real time design and corrections to commercial fire alarm systems. I need to have blueprints on the tablet that I can make annotations on and plan out routes for wire pulls and where I’m going to place smoke detectors and that kind of thing. Print files can be very large sometimes, but this iPad handles them perfectly. Very smooth when moving the prints on screen and zooming in and out. You would never know this wasn’t a brand new iPad. It came in perfect cosmetic condition despite the description saying it might have a small, barely visible scratch on the back. The screen is absolutely crisp and scratch free. Performance wise, I had a coworker (who is a die hard apple products fan) take a look at the iPad when I received it. He hooked it up to his Mac and ran a performance test on it and told me it was running at exactly what the apple website said it should be running at. So basically, I purchased was is essentially a brand new iPad for half the retail cost. Not going to complain about that. Shipping was super fast and it came well protected in its shipping package. Could not be happier with this purchase and I highly recommend backmarket to anyone looking for an apple product.

This is a really smart way to purchase a cell phone. I chose Premium and I can't tell that it wasn't new from the factory. I know that I checked this phone out closer than any I've purchased "new", and it is simply perfect. I took advantage of the Visible network offer also. The switchover was swift and without hiccups, and the Visible network is superior to my prior carrier.

I was skeptical. AT FIRST. But this has been one of the best investments in my life. I received my Galaxy Z Fold 6 in perfect condition and at such a fantastic price. I mean, if I bought the same exact phone off the Samsung website I would've ended up paying more than 2000 dollars. With Back Market I saved basically 1000 dollars. So glad I went with the 'PREMIUM' condition. Phone has been working perfectly and is basically brand new.
