    It's a nice laptop and seems to run fast but the battery only lasts about 1 hour or less. That is pathetic. What good is a nice laptop with a battery that doesn't last? It's a paperweight. Disappointed and will not order from Back Market again after this. I've been a customer for a few years now, so this lack of quality is sad to see.

    The computer itself is very fast and works well. My biggest issue is that the seller didn't reset the computer to factory settings. In today's world with hackers, etc.; I feel more comfortable when refurbished items are wiped of any previous owner and reset. It took me about 3 hours to do this with an Apple Care rep. No keyboard or mouse came with the computer, the seller should disclose this on the site. I had to purchase cheap ones at a store while I wait for my Apple keyboard and mouse to come in--not the end of the world but an inconvenience. Additionally, there was a small scratch on the upper right-hand corner of the screen, but the computer is refurbished so it's to be expected.
