Love my new iPhone! When I first purchased the phone, it said I would get it the next day May 1st - May 2nd. It got delayed only because of the shipping policy Back Market has, which is the ship Monday-Friday and no weekends. I purchased my phone on a Wednesday and it came the following Wednesday. It came on time after the delay, but the only frustrating thing was UPS and needing a signature. I had three delivery attempts and it sucked since I was working the days they tried to deliver it. I ended up having to pay $5.99 to UPS so they could deliver it to my preferred delivery location, which ended up being a local UPS store. Before I paid the fee, they were going to deliver my phone to a different UPS store that was in another city. The phone though works great, it had a very small very light scratch on the screen, but it is barely visible. I did the metrics test with it in the Back Market app too, just to make sure EVERYTHING checked out and was working. I highly recommend this site and this store.

I ordered the iPhone 15 plus pink in excellent condition. It only took only 4-5 days to arrive. The battery life is at 95% which I’m very pleased with. There were no scratches/dents/marks at all except a couple very small ones on the metal ring around the camera. Overall none of the marks are noticeable in my opinion and I’m very happy with my new phone!

Purchased on Feb. 23rd, 2025 - Galaxy Z Fold 4 Beige This is not a review of a Samsung phone. This is a review of the refurbished hardware that I purchased through Back Market. Initial thoughts: fast delivery, good packaging for shipping. Out of the box, the condition of the refurbished Z Fold 4 was surprising. Inner and outer screens were pristine. The hinges feel strong, with no dents or scratches on the outer phone case. Overall, the unboxing exceeded expectations in terms of the phone's physical state. As of March 10th, I've had the phone two weeks. No glitches or dead pixels. After updates (Samsung, T-Mobile and Google), reinstalling apps, verifying logins and fingerprints, and daily use, the phone moves quickly between apps. Loads internet pages near instantly, and the speakers are loud and clear. Maybe I got lucky, but I have zero regrets and zero complaints about this purchase. This comes from a cynical buyer.

the phone came in a pretty good condition, no scratches on the side or the back, but a little scratch on the top but that’s it! it came with 81% battery life, which could of been a little higher, maybe 87% but it’s okay! so far no issues!
