    computer is in perfect condition, this is one very minor scratch on the screne but you really can only see it when the screen if turned off. overall very happy with purchase. I wish they woudl spend more time detialing the issue with the comptuer so we could pick knowing what we would get but overall an brand new looking machine.

    For those of us who are digitally challenged, It is important to be sure the purchaser of An apple product has their Apple password so that all information and data text messages contacts photos. Anything else you may want will transfer from your old phone to your new phone. Apple password should be updated if necessary prior to an attempt to transfer data for those digitally competent. This is routine for the rest of us. It may take a week to get your Apple password changed, which is a challenge if you get your refurbished phone immediately prior to going on vacation and having extremely limited access to Erin service on a cruise ship. Otherwise, the process is seamless

    My MacBook Pro arrived in excellent condition. It had one very light scuff on the bottom of the device. It has performed beautifully since. I also purchased “Backup” on it since it’s out of date for my AppleCare One plan. This is my second purchase from Back Market. My other being a series 9 watch which was also in excellent condition.

    Very pleased with the M1 MacBook Pro from 2021, came exactly as advertised if not better. I honestly expected their to be more signs of wear and tear on it but it looks basically brand new other than like 1 small dent on the bottom side.

    First off love the machine. Coming from an older Lenovo system to a MacBook Pro has irreversibly altered my workflow for the better. I went with the M1 because it was in a sweet spot between power and price and decently future proof. The lower cost on the older chip gave me the ability to upgrade the ram to make the most out of the unified memory. There was a shipping issue between Back Market and the Refurbisher so the expected shipping date was delayed but I was able to communicate with the CS team and they were extremely helpful and responsive. The machine did arrive with a USB -C cable instead of a MagSafe which was a bit disappointing. But other than that for excellent condition I was very impressed. Only noticeable “used” aspect of the machine was what looked like wipe residue on the Apple logo on the case. The machine arrived in heavy duty bubble wrap and did not include the original box. Which is fine but may be of interest to others. All in all I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase and would use back market again.

    Fast shipping. This is my first ever iPhone having budget android phones through the years only,so for myself getting an iPhone 13 in 2026 when 17 is out there it's all new to me and for the price it's worth it. For good condition it looked nice and battery was 97% compatence. I put phones in cases anyways and put on screen protector. The 13 will be covered by Apple iOS into 2028 and the 14 was basically the same phone and gave it into 2029. I like it so far and I'll never buy new again or probably not android either.
