    Love this computer so much and my experience with Backmarket thus far has been great. I chose a Fair because I was needing to spend as little as possible and the computer was next to perfect (not sure if that's BackMarket or the individual seller's decision). I also purchased an iphone11 and that was great too. Thanks.

    Another super-satisfying purchase from BackMarket and their excellent pool of refurbishment partners. Don't hesitate to buy from these folks. Items' condition is consistently under-described: "fair" items tend closer to good and "good" items tend closer to excellent. Highly recomended!

    I'm very pleased with my refurbished MacBook Air 13.3 inch (2015). I've been on a Windows computer from the git go, but thought I would give Mac a go, just to see the difference. It doesn't have a scratch on it, and runs like a charm.

    Had battery issues at first. Sent back and it was replaced with a different one. The replacement one I got was one of the best investments ever made. Hard to believe I got it for the price and the quality was also very good!

    So this seller failed to mention the shell popped open on the back bottom or that the battery was bad. It was a birthday gift & I was WAY too excited to complain & DIDNT wanna seem ungrateful although there was an abrasion & the battery wasn’t great the laptop was fully functional & I have not had a issue other than the battery quickly runs out.

    I believe the 2015 Macbook Pro is the cream of the crop of all Macbook Pros (bring back non-proprietary ports apple...i'm not angry i just wanna talk), so I ordered a stacked out model to last me until Apple releases a laptop worth buying. However, I was sent the wrong device (dings throughout the screen + body; high battery cycle count). Long story short, I contacted customer service and it took a bit of time to work out with the refurbisher but was eventually sent the correct model which exceeded my expectations (it definitely closer to excellent vs good condition so yeah kudos to you guys). All devices come with a warranty which the refurbisher assured they would honour, which gives you peace of mind in the event something fails. I'm very pleased with my S-tier Macbook as well as the way BackMarket and the partnered refurbisher handled my order.

    purchased a 2017 13in. and I couldn't be happier with it! purchased from source plus, purchased fair condition but this computer looks and feels brand new! a few very very minor wear and tear scratches, other than that the screen and keyboard, rest of the computer is perfect. will definitely return to blackmarket of more of my shopping.

    I am in love with this iMac!!! I cannot tell that this was a refurbished computer, it feels brand spanking new, super fast, no complaints or bumps in the road with this one. Also I super appreciated the fact that it came with an Apple brand keyboard and mouse! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to buy a “new” desktop without having to pay those “new” desktop prices!

    Even after reading all of the reviews I was still skeptical. However, it is the best investment I've made. The battery does still dies quickly under heavy use but that isn't really a pet peeve of mine. I believe I purchased "better" model, and the cosmetic damages are minimal.
