    100/5 stars, I ordered in excellent condition and there are no scratches or visible marks on the phone at all. Came pretty quick, ordered it on a Saturday and it came on the Friday after. LOVE IT, this was my first time ordering from black market but won’t be my last. Saw videos of “horror stories” when ordering from black market but they are SOOOO wrong, pls don’t hesitate to order. Especially from this seller, they are great.

    I got it , went thru klarna and got it from sift tech or somthing like that , quality yes it has some dings or whatever but screens good cameras good speakers are good too, but most importly the battery , it’s good and it charges up pretty fast with a charger I had from a dell laptop top the one that came in it was wack . But over all I think the fair condition is good if you want it for school or regular everyday stuff but if you want to stand out go for the excellent quality one or the best one . I got it for school and I love it absolutely will buy again , if it goes wrong I have a year warranty so it’s all good . I paid 270 for it total shipped so that was good and now I’m ready for the next semester thanks guys.

    Refurbished ought to mean that the unit was factory reset. But my PS5 arrived with the accessibility features turned on, and an existing user account and Wi-Fi network saved in memory. That's not refurbished, folks. That's straight used. Factory resets matter. Come on. The unit is great, like new, and runs cool. But whatever advantage BackMarket offers over eBAY was not existent in this transaction. And wasn't this PS5r supposed to include a controller? No? Well, it didn't.

    I was looking for a cheaper and more sustainable option for upgrading from my iPhone 8 to a 15, and BackMarket is absolutely fantastic. The phone came quickly and without hassle. There are a few very tiny scratches, one of the body and one on the screen, but hardly noticeable! I chose excellent condition, and that is what I received. The only thing that was frustrating is the phone came with the wrong charging cable. The iphone 15 needs a lightning cords, but I received a regular cord, so I had to go buy one for myself, which was a little frustrating, since they said the right charging cord should come with the phone. But thats it! I will definitely be using backmarket again if I need a new device.

    I am happy with my new iPhone and the set up was very simple. My only issue is that I was expecting the screen to not have quite as many scratches on it for the “excellent” condition. I maybe expected very few, but there are more than I was anticipating especially based on other reviews that claimed the “good” option looked brand new. Still a great phone that has worked well.

    I’m always a little hesitant trusting the item description. But the iPad Pro I received really is in excellent condition. It arrived well packaged and in a timely manner. It included a power adapter and cable. The only thing I’d love to have is the possibility to include an original Apple box for whatever product you purchase. That would make this experience an absolute 10/10!

    I purchased a refurbished iPhone 13 128GB, in “very good “ condition. I received the phone in a week. There was a charging cord and the new phone in the package. The phone looked new. It was in excellent condition in appearance. I had no trouble working the new phone, but some frustration with the old one while transferring my information. The battery life was at 87%, but has not given me any trouble in my use or when charging. It last the whole day with normal use. I have been using the new phone for about a month now and so far I am pleased with my purchase. I will try to update my review, if allowed, in a couple months. Very glad I tried back market.
