I got a flagship device from 2025 still ranking the best Android device for 2026 (Google the articles) for about half the cost as new! It was flawless and minus.l the commercialized packaging I would not have known it wasn't a new phone. This is my favorite device ever and I could not be happier. I bought my wife one as well.

I was nervous buying something from a website without talking to a real person. But it came in sooner than expected, and it works like new. If I had gotten this as a gift, I never would have known this is refurbished. Even the screen has no scratches on it. The only thing that I wish had changed was that it was dead when it came in the mail. But that's not a big enough deal for me to lower my rating.

It took a little longer than usual for it to deliver due to the holidays and the bad weather conditions but that was out of their control! Other than that the phone is in amazing shape, almost looks perfect with no scratches of dents. I also loved that the battery was still at 99% health! Definitely will buy from them again.

excellent experience purchasing from Back Market phone is better quality than described, it's flawless as far as I can tell! Great price also. only negative was trading in my old device, which was not back markets fault. refurbished never sent promise kit to mail in. They generated a mailing label but it never made it to USPS. I ended up packaging it myself. Still waiting on that process to finish

The set up instructions provided by Back Market were not useful. Advise phone recipients to download and use any one of the numerous free data transfer and set-up apps instead of trying to follow the instructions provided by Back Market. Otherwise, phone seems to be in excellent working order, battery is holding a charge as it should, USB-C port feels secure and unworn, and the phone looks flawless. It was also helpful (perhaps this is normal in 2025) to receive a charge cord with two male USB-C fittings to allow data transfer by wire between old and new phones in lieu of using WIFI (much faster and much more secure). Time will tell if buying refurbished was a good choice or not, but initially everything seems excellent.
