    Even for a "fair" rated device it's hard to find any flaws. Works flawlessly and exceeds my expectations.     Everything went well with the device that was very happy to get it.It was an excellent condition, no issues at all.I just had a car repair , come up so it was either treat myself to a nice new phone or have a car. So I had to return the phone and currently.My car is in the shop and I am not happy about that at all. Put the phone excellent, no complaints at all.Whatsoever. So I have done a return, it's supposed to be back there by tomorrow.And I sent in a copy of the return label.

    Easy to set up, everything is functional. One thing you will need that doesn't come with it is the pokey tool to open the SIM card part of the phone. I've kept mine from having previous Pixels but just an FYI. The Chrome browser does get stuck in landscape mode sometimes but when I close the app and open it again and it's fine. Not a huge deal.

    As a Pixel fan for many years (going all the way back to the HTC days), I was excited to trade-up my Pixel 6 Pro to the newest model, having held-off all the way through the 7, 8, and 9 Series. I had been looking at a new 10a, but when I saw how little I could buy a 10 Pro XL for on Back Market, I jumped at the chance. The 10 Pro XL I received does have a mid-size scratch on the screen, which you can both see and feel with your finger. I resolved the "touch" part of the issue by putting a glass screen protector over the screen, so that problem is gone. The visual issue is still there, but it's minor enough that I don't mind it very much - the phone was in fact listed as being in "fair" condition, but the truth is other than that one issue it looks completely brand-new, and considering how much I saved on the purchase I have nothing to complain about. However if you read Back Market's description of "fair" it would seem that a scratch that large would not classify as a "fair" condition device, so that part did come as an unwelcome surprise. But still, overall the phone looks and feels brand-new, and I'm absolutely happy with the price I paid for it. My one negative about the experience was I was offered a generous trade-in value for my Pixel 6 Pro, which was reduced significantly after they inspected it. I'm a technologist myself, I'm very much aware of what condition that phone was in when I sent it to them, and my frank opinion is that they are being somewhat unethical in their valuation process, and may be offering inflated trade-in values they have no intention to keep , in order to close initial sales. Thus far very satisfied with my purchase, which was my first time every buying from Back Market. However I will going forward have second thoughts about using them for trade-ins, I honestly believe they are being less than ethical as a firm in that area.
