I ordered this Galaxy s10 Plus 128GB in "Good" Condition (Unlocked) for under $440. It arrived in just a few days. Upon opening, I expected noticeable scratches. I was pleasantly surprised to find a flawless back screen and very, VERY minorly scratched (hardly noticeable) front screen. Dropped my SIM in and restarted the device, and everything worked seamlessly. Smart Switch got everything in specific that I wanted transferred over from my s8+ A month in, its fair to say the device is seemingly almost brand new and has NOT disappointed whatsoever. Very powerful, feature rich phone. Beautiful camera and display. Excellent price. Highly recommend Back Market. 10/10.

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box.... it was like a brand new phone! The battery health was at 100% and the condition was more like mint than good. The couple surface scratches that were present were completely obliterated by the time I put the screen protector on. This is the first iPhone I ever had so I am still learning my way around but I am so impressed with the quality of my purchase. It is the second time I bought from this company and I plan on using them for any future purchases. Will refer all my friends and family as well! Highly recommend Backmarket!

I am so impressed with my new S9+ that I purchased from BackMarket! This was my first purchase from this company, after spending years of making my used electronics purchases from Ebay. Initially, I was a little skeptical because it almost seemed like this website was too good to be true when comparing the customer service, quality, phone condition, warranty offered (2 years!) and PRICE to other companies. I placed my order after reading countless other positive reviews on their site and I am EXTREMELY ecstatic that I followed the crowd on this one. My phone arrived faster than anticipated and it was a "Fair" condition phone, but it appears to be nearly flawless. As described by the site, there are a few MINOR scratches on the screen which really are so insignificant that they appear as smudges. I have told EVERYONE about BackMarket since my phone arrived and I plan on checking this website first for all of my electronic needs in the future.

Okay, so I was honestly scared about buying a second hand phone online. My wife was very skeptical. But seriously. Phone is in better condition then I expected. I did not get Shiny grade and it still has no scratches or dents at all. Phone came bubble wrapped in less then 4 days. Included were the original charger, lightning cable and earphones! Did not expect these. Phone came unlocked as promised and I had a sim in with a plan with T-mobile within an hour. Also, loved that I could by the global 6se because I will be using it in Japan. Highly recommend these guys. Nice website. Delivered as promised. Screw buying new phones.

So far so good!! What a steal! Package arrived ahead of schedule and in fine condition. The phone was in bubble wrap inside a padded (with bubble wrap) envelope. I bought a refurbished iPhone SE, Silver condition, and it is as advertised. There are very few scratches on the case and none on the screen. The phone came with a charging cord and a single USB charging block that plugs into the wall, nothing fancy. This is a Christmas present but I plugged it in to check it out. The battery was at about 30% but I let the system update and I charged it up to 100% and turned it off. Over the past week and a half it has only lost 2% of it's charge sitting on the shelf. If there are any problems after I gift it on Christmas day I'll update this review.

Arrived a little earlier than expected. On close inspection I noticed a couple small scratches on the back, but nothing major. The included charger was a samsung fast charger brick, obviously used, and a poor quality cable that gives a "check your charger" notification. For the price, I don't mind getting a new cable. Definitely worth it, overall.

I really love Backmarket, I’ve bought two iPhones from them, and the only reason I’m currently shopping is because it’s been four years and I’ve ran out of storage and can no longer update (too many pics of my dog no regrets) and it’s time to upgrade. Even after four years it still holds battery all day, and the only issues I’ve ever had have only been recently because of my unwillingness to delete old pictures/texts/etc. I recommend these guys to anyone that’s in the market for a new piece of tech, so much cheaper and better for the environment, plus free fast shipping AND their customer service is top notch. Not that I’ve really ever needed it because everything has always been beyond my expectations!! Also I don’t even mind their marketing emails because they’re cute and funny and not nearly as spammy as they could be, and I HATE marketing emails so that’s really saying a lot.
