    Shipping was fast, and the phone works like a dream. I upgraded from a Galaxy S20 FE and couldn't be happier. I didn't want the AI integration of the newer Samsung phones, so the Moto G Stylus 5G 2024 fits that bill perfectly. It runs all my apps fast and smoothly. For a 2-year-old phone, it was a spectacular deal. I couldn't find an S24 in this price range. This phone is awesome. One note: to avoid frustration when upgrading phones, log the new phone into the network and run all system updates. This way you're not restarting the phone you're currently using every few minutes.

    The device is good, but it does not let me unlock the phone when I placed a glass protector, so I have to now log in with my pin. I also noticed that my pictures are going to my google storage and that is full, but when I look at my storage, its complete empty so if you can tell me how to move my pictures over to the device this will help me.

    I ordered an unlocked phone was sent an AT&T only carrier locked phone and was not offered an exchange. They should offer to send a replacement express delivery, but instead I'm only giving the option to return the phone for a refund that I will receive 9 business days after the vendor receives the return. This is not the right way to do business.

    I really wished I had listened to the other reviews on this - don't buy from this seller. These phones are incorrectly marketed as "unlocked" when they are not. While my phone arrived in good condition, it was stuck on a T-Mobile set up screen that I couldn't get past, even with the help of support. There was nothing I could do but return it. My previous phone broke so after wasting time waiting for this one, I had to buy new anyway. I really hope Back Market sources better sellers, because I no longer trust that this service is reliable.
