I've only just recently discovered this Back Market and I have to say Kuddos to the way you all do business. Buying this laptop was the first worry free and pleasant experience I've ever had when buying refurbished tech. I used to only shop through ebay but not any more. They just lost a customer. Back Market notified me of every stage my laptop was at during delivery. Even notified me that it was going to be a day later than they first projected but even being a day late I still received it way before I ever have from ebay or Amazon for that matter. The laptop looks fantastic and so far I'm totally satisfied with how Back Market conducts business 2 gold star lickies my friends and I will make sure all my friends give you a try. Bravo!!

Everything perfect - seller in Colorado sent a long at beautiful 65-watt power supply that I was not expecting: Bravo to them for that, as a similar device I had been using for a decade or more had only just failed a few days earlier - ! So that was perfect. And now about the Chromebook: I'm still trying to figure out why it was classed as only "Good" when it seems to me to be absolutely perfect. Looks and feels brand-new. Could not have asked for more - very happy with Back Market and its supplier.

I received my product very fast exactly when they said it would come. I did not know what to expect but when I opened the box I was amazed. The laptop doesn't have a scratch on it it looks brand new and it runs super fast. I will definitely be buying all my electronics from this site from now on. Thank you.

I'm happy to no longer be getting ominous popups telling me I'm using unsupported software. I still don't have Chrome navigation in my body memory, so I continue to use Windows shortcuts like <alt><tab> to try to switch between recently used tabs. Since I use a Windows machine at work, I may never fully internalize what I should be using on this machine. I'm also looking for a way to connect my hearing aids to the audio from this. They require Bluetooth Low Energy, and the Chromebook transmits regular Bluetooth. I thought that any adapter would solve that problem, but what I read (and heard yesterday at Office Depot) suggests otherwise.

I am new user to Chromebook, however everything is working well. The device arrived timely and in great shape. The device has been easy to setup to work with my Pixel, Drive, and applications. It's larger than I expected it to be, but that isn't a bad thing. The next test is when I take with me to travel.

My college uses google programs for assignment submissions. When my outdated MacBook began to die quickly off charger and overheat, I knew I needed something to get me through the last semester of school that didn’t break the bank. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I loved this Acer chrome book. Had I known how nice it would be, I would have switched much sooner. Nothing but good things to say about this device. It has been perfect for what I need. Fast, reliable, and convenient.

Laptop arrived ahead of schedule and in promised condition. Did not contain oem charger but did contain proper working charger.

I was concerned about buying a laptop in "fair", but the Chromebook came in "like new" condition!!! My Back market purchases have always come in much better condition then their listing says. They're often "like new" I'm delighted! I say, don't hesitate. Just buy a Backmarket device.

First time I ordered from Back Market. The monitor arrived early, and in great condition. This refurbished Acer 15inch monitor looks brand new, and it also came with all the necessary cables. Will definitely order from back market again.

Not sure what part of the computer was refurbished. The screen is clear, the battery life is amazing, setup was easy, and the hinges work! Very minor cosmetic damage that I didn't even see for a week and will soon be covered up by being carried around in my backpack daily. As for the model of the computer it's a bit heavier than I would like and I miss my back button on the keyboard like my old Acer had. Overall extremely satisfied with my refurbished 2-in-1 for the price! I'll definitely be recommending Back Market!
