I received my Motorola g play today and I thought it was going to be refurbished but it is not. It's a beautiful heavy weighed phone like the newer Samsung 20 model phones 📱. The only thing is that it don't have fast charge. Other than that iam perfectly satisfied and will not buy another from a carrier other Back Market. This is my 2nd phone in less than 2 month's. The 1st one was the Samsung a10e, which is very small a 5"6 inch screen, so I decided to purchase a bigger size phone and went with the Motorola. I already ordered the case and it will be in by Friday. Thank you Back Market you have a purchaser for life.

I love my Moto Razr. A little learning curve getting it set up, but that's on me. It's a nice change from my much older Moto and I enjoy a lot of the new features. This is my first ever experience buying a refurbished phone, so I had only a theoretical idea of what I was getting into and family and friends were equally clueless. Backmarket Itself made the process very foolproof with a lot of the information that I needed – such as switching SIM cards and data – not only available but specifically sent to me. Even a technological fool like me could switch phones with little problem. My one problem was not with Backmarket itself but with Android 12. While I had looked up this model of phone to see if there were any common problems I had not done the same with the operating system and was surprised when my phone’s keyboard didn't pop up. Backmarket’s online customer service was easy to go through but had no suggestion on how to fix Android 12 keyboard issues. Since I couldn't figure out how to get a live customer service representative on the phone, I was either going to have to repair it myself or go without a phone for several days while Backmarket did the repairs. I decided to try one day of attempting to fix it myself before sending the phone off. Luckily the keyboard missing problem was a common one with Android 12 and easily fixed. I will buy from Backmarket again, I am very satisfied with the price, battery life and operation of my new (to me) phone now that the keyboard pops up. However for any other refurbished items I’ll look up common issues from both the product and the operating system it runs on first.

I love my Motorola one 5g ace. it's a fantastic device came to me fast was better than expected. no complaints at all... except for one, but it's a complaint about myself... I neglected to purchase a rugged case with tempered glass for my ace and now my Ace has a shattered face. but that's my bad, not yours.. I'll be back shopping soon. but I'm very happy to say I did buy 2 years of extended coverage through you guys.
