    Came in great condition, only a tiny chip on one corner, like very tiny, runs very smooth even though it’s older. This is a gift for my young nephew who is obsessed with Minecraft and i am impressed for the age with how smoothly it ran because my only worry was if the iPad could handle the game. It arrived very quickly and was a super easy process. Great budget iPad for kids or someone who just wants to browse or watch YouTube.

    it’s in good condition! definitely slow and sort of glitchy and the battery life is extremely short, i guess i expected a bit more for refurbished but im still happy with it and with the price i paid! this model is no longer available so im taking what i can get since it is just the perfect travel computer for me!- shipped so fast too ❤️ thank you !

    Excellent Upgrade! I recently purchased a pre-owned 2020 MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD), and I couldn't be happier!     I initially received a faulty MacBook Air from Apex despite specifically purchasing an “Excellent” quality device. Several keys on the keyboard (notably including the “P” and “Caps Lock”) were flopping or partially detached right out of the box, which was extremely disappointing given the quality tier I paid for. To Apex’s credit, they did send a replacement quickly, and the new device appears to be in good condition so far, with no issues detected at this time. It also came with AppleCare+, which provided some peace of mind. The turnaround itself was fairly speedy. That said, the experience was still very inconvenient and frustrating. Having to repackage the device, go through the return process, and wait for a replacement is not a minor issue, especially when the original product clearly did not meet the advertised “Excellent” standard. Simply offering a replacement doesn’t fully account for the extra time, effort, and disruption placed on the customer. I think it’s really important for both Apex and Back Market to recognize that when quality control fails at this level, there should be additional consideration or perks offered, rather than treating replacement as the only remedy. More importantly, devices labeled as “Excellent” should not ship with obvious hardware defects in the first place. Overall, the outcome was acceptable, but the initial quality lapse significantly detracted from the experience.

    I am a new macbook user and I was told to get the macbook air. I do believe this computer isn't terrible, however I realized after I bought it that it had an intel chip. After doing some research I decided that I needed and M1 chip because the intel computers have significantly worse performances than the M1 chip. My computer in particular overheated a lot. It had a very loud fan that would constantly make noise without me having that many applications open. I would open safari and open a youtube video and it would start overheating. It was also laggy and slow at times. The refurbisher did fine with repairing it because it can only do so much. I returned it and got the M1 mac instead.
