I was very impressed with the quality of the product. It didn't seem like a reconditioned product, I couldn't tell whether it was brand new or not. Everything on it works just fine. The beginner apps or games that were packaged with it leave a little to be desired, but they're okay for someone who has never used VR before.

I'm not sure you can get the free downloaded apps now I can't anymore for some reason that's not the visor's fault otherwise it works it works well worth the few bucks a lot less than it came out at lol a lot less so yeah if you want something like this is worth it got to have the right phone

Exactly what we wanted, shipped as stated.

The headset itself that I purchased was great. It was exactly as it was advertised, shipping was fast an the price was great. I didn’t expect any follow up, but there was one from customer support asking how purchase went. I will make certain in the future to look first at Back Market first before spending money elsewhere.
