    I ordered in excellent condition. The product came perfect. Arrived in an apple certified refurbished box. It also came with a third-party keyboard and mouse, I ended up using my mouse and keyboard from my older iMac. But the third-party once provided work fine. I went through all of the settings, everything is exactly as it's supposed to be. Not a single scratch. Very satisfied with this purchase. Also I order on the 7th and it arrived on the 10th. It was originally estimated to arrive on the 14th but it shipped out the same day I ordered it. Very fast delivery.

    My device is honestly perfect. The only thing is that the MacBook gets really hot sometimes, but I think that’s just because it’s a MacBook Pro. The MacBook also doesn’t hold charge very long, but again that might just be the fact that it is a MacBook Pro. I ordered the laptop and expected to arrive within a few few days and it arrived the next day! Overall, I’m very satisfied!

    The device works as expected. Despite the condition being rated as excellent, the battery condition wasn’t great (86% max capacity with 300 cycles), but I didn’t dock a star because the machine also unexpectedly came with a year left on the Applecare so even if the battery issue arises sooner than expected, it can be replaced free of charge so I am overall very happy with the purchase.

    Computer arrived earlier than expected! Packaging was great and quite ingenious. Didn't inspect with a magnifying glass as case blemishes don't matter. If there are any on the back it is okay as I turn that side away from me (!). Keyboard and mouse are not high quality but work just fine. Set up instructions for these are a bit convoluted but went smooth enough. Will probably swap the mouse with my Apple Magic Mouse from my old outdated iMac. If you use ethernet for a network, be advised the ethernet port is in the power cord brick. The computer didn't come with any manual but a quick search gave this old man the answer. I highly recommend this computer in whatever color of your choosing. Purple looked the softest on my eyes when looking to buy and it is very subtle. I had previously purchased an older iPhone as a replacement for my wife's (which is how I found Back Market) and it was flawless. Didn't hesitate to see if they had an iMac. I highly recommend and will do more business in the future. I have told my one friend and the dog next door. Doing my best to spread the word. Keep up the great work Back Market!
