The package came as tracked and was in decent shape. I mean it gets treated like crap with the delivery company but the box was very well packed and had thick bubbles in there. Not bubble wrap but those thick giant bubbles. So, no issues on the delivery. The next thing was the quality of the computer. It looked and smelled brand new. It loaded the OS perfectly and I got all my drivers like printer drivers loaded and got it on my network with NO issues. It is very fast too, and that is what I really love about this computer. It has an i9 chip and 16 GB of RAM. The keyboard and mouse were not Apple but worked just fine, and I like these better than the old Apple ones on my old iMac. I am very happy now that is has been a few days and I have had time to check it out. For the record I am in IT with a degree in Computer Programming and work as a CISSP Security Engineer. I know what I am saying here, it's not techno babble. Great job Back Market!!!

I purchased a Dell XPS laptop recently for my wife. It was in new condition. My wife unfortunately found that its beatiful display gave her enormous eyestrain. I was able to pin down the problem (mostly our legacy apps that didn't port perfectly), reprogram their screens reduce blue light, resolving the problem within the 30 day trial. This is the third computer I've happily purchased from Back Market within the last few years. Best way to buy computers!!

Excellent condition, matches the specs, looks like they gave me some extra ram as well. Arrived very well packaged with some great padding to ensure it’s safe. So far it’s working great as well! Would buy from them again, very happy

This is a great machine that does everything I was looking for it to do at a fraction of the price. It's in excellent shape, cleaned up nicely and everything works as it should. I have no complaints at all about it. BackMarket FTW.

I received my Dell Latitude refurbished PC quickly. Customer response was great. PC was carefully packed for shipping and arrived in pristine condition: clean, no visible damage. Upgraded to Windows 11 easily. Unfortunately, it doesn't have enough memory to do what I purchased it for which is photography storage and processing. My husband will have a nice PC on which to play solitaire. I would recommend this option to anyone who's looking for a mid-range laptop that's not outrageously expensive.

My experience was great from shopping through delivery. The laptop arrived on time in excellent condition. The laptop runs like new including the screen, keyboard and battery life. Thank you for delivering on the promise of the brand you have built. I find myself telling everyone not to waste money on new tech when they can buy excellent tech for a fraction of the price. The delta to new in features and performance with laptops, phones and tablets has really slowed- so buy refurbished!

Had to trouble shoot with the wifi settings when first received since it would not connect to the wifi. Eventually my computer science friend was able to get it working. Since then, no issues and it’s been like 2 years or so.

The laptop has worked great for me so far. I love how portable it is and I can't even tell that it's refurbished. The packaging was weird though because it came nasty with something that looked like sawdust on it. I was able to clean it though so it's fine. This laptop is also pretty quiet which is what I was looking for.
