My experience was great from shopping through delivery. The laptop arrived on time in excellent condition. The laptop runs like new including the screen, keyboard and battery life. Thank you for delivering on the promise of the brand you have built. I find myself telling everyone not to waste money on new tech when they can buy excellent tech for a fraction of the price. The delta to new in features and performance with laptops, phones and tablets has really slowed- so buy refurbished!

LOVE the computer - it is gorgeous physically, not a flaw anywhere. The keys are comfortable and easy to use. This is a HOT computer - one of the best. I am really "basic" when I comes to knowing how to use a computer and have been getting help on that aspect, and the friend helping me is seriously impressed with the quality of the computer and everything it can do; I am getting better with it! Customer service and delivery was great! The product is awesome. It is refurbished so I wasn't expecting perfect. There are a few extremely minor cosmetic issues on the outside of the computer which does not bother me at all. The only issue I found with the functionality of the device is the battery doesn't seem to last very long and will shut off without warning. Something that can be annoying but luckily it came with a changer. Thanks for everything!

I received my Dell Latitude refurbished PC quickly. Customer response was great. PC was carefully packed for shipping and arrived in pristine condition: clean, no visible damage. Upgraded to Windows 11 easily. Unfortunately, it doesn't have enough memory to do what I purchased it for which is photography storage and processing. My husband will have a nice PC on which to play solitaire. I would recommend this option to anyone who's looking for a mid-range laptop that's not outrageously expensive.

I purchased a Dell XPS laptop recently for my wife. It was in new condition. My wife unfortunately found that its beatiful display gave her enormous eyestrain. I was able to pin down the problem (mostly our legacy apps that didn't port perfectly), reprogram their screens reduce blue light, resolving the problem within the 30 day trial. This is the third computer I've happily purchased from Back Market within the last few years. Best way to buy computers!!

Laptop received in excellent condition with only 1 small scratch on lower left corner. I was able to "fix" that blemish using a black permanent marker LOL. This device was for an 11 year old grandchild so there was no problem. Works great and very pleased with it. This computer is nearly perfect! I'm able to play my favorite online game with no problems at all, and I can work and surf the net effortlessly. The only little thing wrong with it is that the volume buttons (F1-F3) don't work, but that's not a big deal. I'm very happy with my purchase!
