I ordered this iPhone 7 in 2020. It's 2024 now, as I write this. The phone has worked great! But it's very old now and struggles to do basic things. The battery has lived it's life. And the newest iOS is not compatible. I just bought a much newer phone (Google Pixel 7) from BackMarket to replace this ancient iPhone 7. I have never had a bad experience with BackMarket and have recommended them to friends and family people who, as far as I'm aware, have also had a great experience.

Still a great iPad

Ipad Air 3 arrived looking brand new, with just a very slight ding on the back side, which was going to be covered anyway. Device worked perfectly, no issues, battery was in like new condition as well. Very happy overall. Bonus to get a charge cable and adapter, although I didn't need them.

I was very pleased with the purchase. The iPad mini 4 arrived quickly, in great condition, and has been working very well, getting lots of heavy use. We bought this for our 9 year old twins to use, and I'm so glad we got a refurbished model rather than a new one. It's given me a chance to try out the mini too, and I'll be buying one for myself from Back Market one day very soon!

Very happy with my iPhone 11 Pro. Condition is listed as very good but there are no scratches or marks on the phone at all. The battery health is 99 percent. I couldn’t ask for a better purchase! Highly recommend buying a refurbished phone from Backmarket!!!

I ordered an iPhone 7 grade Shiny. It was just as described. Has no scratches and the exterior is beautiful. If you were to put this iPhone 7 next to a brand new factory sealed iPhone 7, you would not be able to tell which is the new one and which is the refurbished one. Everything works perfectly and I have had zero issues with it. I highly reccommend Back Market before purchasing a new device.

I was pretty sketchy about buying refurbished cause I'd heard some bad stuff (not about Back Market to clarify) you know, false marketing, broken cameras just janky stuff but the iPhone 8 I ordered can't just as described, mint. No scratches, everything working perfectly and it shipped fast too! All in all 10/10, y'all sold me on refurbished phones!

It came in great condition, no scratches, and also a screen protector which is always a plus! the battery was at 95% when i got it which is really good for a refurbished phone. i’m happy about my purchase!

Honestly I was a little skeptical about buying a phone from a refurbished website, but this experience has really change my mind for two reasons. Firstly, the quality of the product was exactly as described and worked extremely well! The phone I got had a 91% battery health which is way more than what I was expecting. ‏ Secondly, even though I was really happy with the phone, I wanted to return it for a different phone for to suit my needs better. I was a little nervous that the returning process was gonna be difficult but it turned out to be the opposite. There was great communication between the buyer and seller it was easy and painless to go about a return which totally strengthens my confidence in this website as a whole. Overall really good experience and will be recommending to friends.

This product has been an excellent purchase for me. The quality of the product is amazing considering its refurbished. I don't even see a scratch on it.
