it's beautiful. ...came delivered quickly as stated, there was 1 small scratch on the screen, but nothing to visible to worry about. it doesn't effect the device. I am very satisfied with my new device. Thank you !! Back Market

For a device marked as "fair", I was surprised by just how well it was refurbished. The Pixel 3 looked almost new to me, even though it's an ancient model by today's standards. What's Google on? The Pixel 10 now? I bought this with the hopes of saving money rather than paying Google close to a thousand dollars every few years for a new phone. It worked but the Android version on this has been EOL'ed some time ago, which means the apps that I needed working stopped working. So, I had to return the phone, which was an easy process. You do concede the QA check fee when you return a phone. The battery of course has been replaced after all these years. Overall, I am impressed by how well the product was packaged and cleaned up.

I got it a day earlier ! And it was a little scratched from the top but it’s so worthy buying especially since I got it in a (fair) condition the screen and everything else was ok and worked perfectly fine really recommend and will be buying again thank you !!!

I've been very hesitant to buy a refurbished phone online, especially with how good the prices were you would think it was too good to be true. But this phone is awesome I got a fair condition refurbished phone and honestly looks brand new. I'm glad I bought the phone instead of getting my old phone screen replaced for the third time. Exactly as promised: a like new, refurbished Pixel 8A for 25% off. What more could you want? It didn't go through o the landfill, it's in my pocket being used everyday. As a retired guy, saving 25% did not hurt my feeling in these current times of financial insecurity either. Great service too.

Phone arrived in excellent condition and switching my sim card and setting up the new (to me) phone was a breeze. Appreciated getting a well-reviewed android phone without shelling out more money to Google (though I did have to install an android launcher app to remove the Google Search widget from the home screen). Very pleased with both the phone and the folks who refurbished it.

Like others, I was rather unsure how purchasing a refurbished phone would turn out. I was delighted to find it was an excellent experience. Phone was immaculate and I even received the phone a day early. It took a while to set the phone up with my carrier which was no fault of anyone but the carrier (Verizon). But in two days, everything was perfect.

Phone arrived when expected and is in great condition and has worked flawlessly so far. Looking at the phone, you never would know it was refurbished. I'll likely be looking at Back Market for future tech purchases as needed.

Google Pixel 7, I chose the unlocked black version in excellent condition. The phone showed up on time and looking brand new, a sticker on it that said A+ grade. It had android 13 to start and quickly updated to 15, the software functions as it should and It cloned my older Pixel without any problem. I couldn’t be happier with the results through Back Market.
