Great I purchased this device 3 years ago and its working perfectly fine and went through few cracked screens but after the repairs the device is still in great working condition now its time to buy another model

BackMarket site The phone was delivered in 3 days I was surprised the phone was in brand new condition not a scratch. The phone includes a 1year warranty I was happy a case ear buds and screen protector cord too. All for under 240.00 I just ordered one for my wife last week still waiting for it. Johnny P.

This was my fourth purchase from Backmarket. I’ve been thrilled with the previous purchases, but this iPad is a lemon. The battery life is horrible, which we could live with, but now the home button isn’t working. When I contacted the seller, Green is Smart, they replied with an automated message containing a link to the Apple site with troubleshooting instructions — exactly the same ones I told them I’d already tried, in my message to them. I messaged them again, but I haven’t yet heard back (it’s been well over 24 hours). Thumbs down for this seller.

Phone was in way better physical and operational condition than expected for the price. I will for sure order from you guys again in the future. Showing up to my door in SF, Ca. from Europe in 2 days was exceptional and constant updates and outreach were awesome!

This was an excellent purchase! The phone looks and functions very well and it is exactly as described. I felt good about buying a used phone and helping to save the planet. It also saved me lots of money when buying the phone I really wanted!

The phone looks new, it works very good, I’ve never had an iPhone and still working with it. It is excellent that it has 128 GB, my Android only had 8GB and it was always was out of memory!!!!!! Even with a 32 GB memory card, I could not move much into it. The battery works great.

Phone looks brand new and does not have any noticeable scratches or dents. Battery holds a good charge. Phone overall runs great and does exactly what my daughter needs!
