    I ordered an iPhone 12 mini 128 GB in excellent condition from the refurbisher JemJem. This phone’s appearance is indeed excellent with no scratches on the screen or back. However, I am disappointed that the battery level is at 83% and needs to be replaced soon. I personally believe that “excellent” should mean near full battery health in addition to aesthetics. I have bought iPhones from other refurbishers and they had better battery capacity.

    I decided to purchase a iPhone 13 Pro from this seller because their asking price was competitive among the sea of iPhone refurbishers on BackMarket. This is the third iPhone I've purchased off BM and thankfully, it's the only one I won't have to request a return for. The iPhone was shipped quickly and arrived within a few days. I purchased the phone in 'Good' condition and although it doesn't quite meet BM's description for 'Good', I can understand why the vendor labelled the phone as such. The back and sides of the iPhone (including the camera lenses) are flawless: no perceptible scratches, dings, or discoloration. The screen has a few scratches, two of them particularly noticeable but it doesn't affect the touchscreen's responsiveness and they're only visible when the screen is off. 'Good' is a fair label in my book. As for the software, it's snappy and apps are quick to load; a significant improvement over my aging Samsung. The battery life is at 88 percent, which is more than what I started with on my old Samsung Galaxy (that I purchased in 'Excellent' condition) and more than enough for my needs. iPhone 13s have an internal setting that limits charging in order to prolong b ...

    I couldn't be happier with my Apple Watch Purchase. This is the first time that I have bought refurbished, and I don't think I'll go back. The watch looked completely brand new, with no scratches or dents in it. It has 100% battery as well. Highly recommend.

    The watch itself came in excellent condition. I could not even tell the watch was refurbished. It came with a band and a cha but it wasn’t Apple produced products. You could tell that they got them from a third party site or store or something like that. I’m overall extremely happy with my purchase and I will definitely be buying from back market again.

    The watch came really fast and was in perfect condition. Set up easily just like when you get them from apple. My bf is happy with it!! My only “complaint” is that there’s no original box- but again this is a refurbished watch so it makes sense that the original box does not come- it would just be nice or a cherry on top. Overall 10/10 would recommend. You get what you pay for and it’s great!

    I recently purchased a MacBook Pro from Back Market. I purchased one that was supposed to be well used. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and condition it was in. It arrived on time and was very well packaged. I shared my experience with my niece and nephew and when they saw my laptop they purchased their own the next day for their business. I will definitely look to Back Market in the future as other needs arise.

    Honestly, it sounds very strange to be in love with a machine; but I'm for sure in love with my new (to me) iMac! Before I bought this Mac I'd been using an iMac late 2012 that, even with maxed out RAM, was slow as could be. For example, I'd open Photos and wait a few minutes for the app to load. Ugh. My job doesn't require me to have a high powered machine, so a low Windows computer might be the most obvious choice. But after working on both platforms I just couldn't bring myself to spend money on anything but a Mac. My order for this machine went in quickly and I had this 2020 iMac in my hands just five days later. I was super excited to get the shipment, which arrived two days earlier than I had been promised. (Great idea, Backmarket!) This Mac is supposed to be in excellent condition, and I can't even tell that it's been used. There's one tiny scratch on the back but other than that, it's just like it was bought in an Apple Store. Using it is nothing short of an exquisite experience. The Retina display is beautiful.     I was very impressed with the care of packaging and the delivery service. Then upon opening the MacBook Pro was also very impressed that it looked like new!     This the second iPhone that I’ve purchased from Back Market. Both phones were flawless (Excellent Condition) and worked perfectly. The most recent purchase is an iPhone 13 Pro. Set up went perfectly with no problems. I looked at other brokers but the prices were higher and what I especially like about Back Market is their 30 day return police and 1 year warranty. When I’m ready for a replacement in the future, I’ll absolutely return to Back Market. And, no, I’m not related to any of the owners.
