    Came in amazing condition. Back market did an excellent job refurbishing this iPad and it has exceeded my expectations for it. Very pleased with the product along with the service and kindness.

    Charger was just thrown in the box with no protection, charger came in dirty and has a cut in the cord so the cord doesn’t work. Laptop looks alright. 2 out of the 5 nodes in the charging port are burnt out. Can’t tell if it won’t charge because of the bad cord or the bad charging port. Chose “excellent” option.

    The charger port gave out after less than 3 months. I then followed the instructions from Backmarket to send it back to repair, but it requires me to download all my data and remove it but - ta da - it's impossible to do this since the charger port doesn't work .
