So far so good. I got an iPhone 15 pro in excellent condition from Maroon Mobile. The setup was quick and easy, battery health at 100% with 52 cycles, and no cosmetic imperfections. Be very sure to check vendors, compare, and make sure they’re reputable before buying ! I would definitely recommend Maroon Mobile!

This was my first purchase from Back Market and I've got to say, I am beyond impressed and pleased with my phone! I was so hesitant and nervous spending so much money on a refurbished phone, and on top of that, using this website because I had never heard of it... but my phone came in almost perfect condition and has been so awesome! I got the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra at "good" condition, and 3 weeks into it, this has been the best phone I've ever owned! The battery lasts all day, the screen and camera are so clear, and it's been fast and efficient with everything so far. I couldn't be happier with this phone so far! I am so glad I stumbled across Back Market!

I bought the Galaxy S25, and for the first few days, I had issues with the buttons. I went onto Back Market "complaint" section and went through the questionnaire. Restarting the phone was what I needed. Its working perfectly now, no issues. Thank you, I love my new phone.

Bought my 15 Pro in excellent condition and it came in excellent condition. For refurbished phones there is a requirement to be above 80% for battery health and mine came over delivering at a max of 89%! The only “downsides” I can mention is that you could see the buttons were used a lot my residue left behind and speakers/port a little dirty. Both of which can be easily fixed by a little cleaning. Overall very pleased with the condition the phone came in. Buying from here is way better than buying refurbished at a store like Target or Best Buy. Best Buy has a used 15 (not pro) for $700 where as Backmarket has the 15 Pro for about $50-60 less.

I ordered the Excellent grade iPhone 15 Pro, and the phone that I got was truly excellent! There was virtually no visible damage, just a tiny speck of a scratch on the back. What really exceeded my expectations was the battery health - it was at 100% health/capacity. My iPhone looks, feels, and operates as if it were new.

I moved up from a 2022 Moto G Stylus to this Galaxy S24. The outside was spotless. Like new. The first thing I noticed was voice typing response. Instantaneous where I used to have a significant wait. I'm still learning the features but the setup was easy and switching sim cards to the new phone quick. very happy with price and quality.

Everything about this phone is amazing and I likely wouldnt have never known it was refurbished if I didn't order it myself! Only thing was that it came a bit dirty in the ports and on the body of the phone. But that was fine to clean up. It was also missing the little key piece to take out the sms card but an earing does the trick. This was amazing! My sister also have gotten 2 phones in the past on this site and they also have been great! Thank you!

I was very skeptical when I came across back market but i gave it a try and i got the excellent condition, iphone 15 pro. In all honesty it’s amazing. the battery health is 99% which is great for a used phone, barely any signs of wear and tear, and is smooth, I really enjoy this phone.. i came from an iPhone 11 to this and i am satisfied with the product:) thanks a lot.
