I've been very hesitant to purchase refurbished technology in the past but BackMarket has changed my perspective. I was planning on buying a brand-new iPhone 15 Pro (or Pro Max)but couldn't convince myself to drop that kind of money, then a friend recommended BackMarket and it has been such a great experience. I ordered the phone in excellent condition. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. It looks like a new device except it has two small chips on the front by the screen. They are a cosmetic issue. The phone works well. The only issue I’ve had is a couple of time the screen has frozen up and I’ve had to end the program and restart. My buying experience was pleasant and I recommend back market to anyone looking for a refurbished device. I have a small complaint about the speakers. I’m not sure they were thoroughly cleaned. They are muffled during calls and when on speaker phone. I’ve heard it’s not too hard to clean them but haven’t tried yet.

The monitor is as I expected the refresh rate is good for my purposes and it even has some extra functions. The packaging was very well kept and the only thing I really have to complain aout is that I didn't know it has no display port, so I had to buy an adapter.

I bought it in “good” condition so I would expect some minor scratches on the screen and a decent battery maximum capacity but come to my surprise it was all in GREAT condition. No scratches AT ALL and the maximum capacity was at 99%. All that for a great price too? Even the packaging oh my god they secured everything real well and made sure it was nice and carefully packed before shipping it out. I’m the type to find these skeptical and “too good to be true” but in fact it is the opposite. I showed it off to my family and friends of my new phone and they were also astonished about the price and quality. I love it here. Will be purchasing again very soon no doubt.
