    I've been very hesitant to purchase refurbished technology in the past but BackMarket has changed my perspective. I was planning on buying a brand-new iPhone 15 Pro (or Pro Max)but couldn't convince myself to drop that kind of money, then a friend recommended BackMarket and it has been such a great experience. I bought this iPhone 12 Pro and am honestly glad I got this over the 15, half the price, and not all much different. Thank you BackMarket, you've earned yourself an ongoing customer.

    I ordered the phone in excellent condition. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. It looks like a new device except it has two small chips on the front by the screen. They are a cosmetic issue. The phone works well. The only issue I’ve had is a couple of time the screen has frozen up and I’ve had to end the program and restart. My buying experience was pleasant and I recommend back market to anyone looking for a refurbished device. I have a small complaint about the speakers. I’m not sure they were thoroughly cleaned. They are muffled during calls and when on speaker phone. I’ve heard it’s not too hard to clean them but haven’t tried yet.

    The monitor is as I expected the refresh rate is good for my purposes and it even has some extra functions. The packaging was very well kept and the only thing I really have to complain aout is that I didn't know it has no display port, so I had to buy an adapter.

    I bought this iPhone for my 96 year old mother to replace the old one she had. Due to her slight dementia she needed a phone exactly like her old one, so she would be comfortable using it. I was thrilled to learn l could replace it with a new one. Dealing with BackMarket has been a wonderful experience! We bought the iPhone for a reasonable price and they shipped it to us in a timely manner. I will definitely order from your company again!

    The monitor arrived packed safely, was easy to set up, and the screen looks great. The stand is the weak link. It works for me in my current desk configuration, but is not adjustable and has a large footprint.

    Needed a quick and easy replacement for a very old (10-plus years) monitor at brother's place. Used by all us visitors. The process was smooth, and the monitor a perfect fit. Needs met for all. Will use BackMarket again.

    I'm actually QUITE happy with the iPhone. However, a few points don't quite meet the Excellent category for me, which is why I'm also a little disappointed. Visually, the iPhone came in great condition, although scratches on the case are visible from a distance in two places - after I put a case on it, this doesn't bother me anymore, but it doesn't meet the category for me. The display was like new. The battery capacity is 87% - which should certainly be higher for the Excellent - but the battery simply doesn't last. You can really see the battery running down. When I use it to navigate or take a few photos, the battery definitely doesn't last a day. If I wasn't going on a longer trip, I would have preferred to return it. Now I have to get a new battery installed, I could have almost bought a new iPhone for the money. What bothers me most, apart from the battery, is that the front speaker is visually quite dirty. It does work, but my older model, which I had replaced, looked better.

    My cousin recommended this website/app to me and it is amazing. I bought it in “good” condition so I would expect some minor scratches on the screen and a decent battery maximum capacity but come to my surprise it was all in GREAT condition. No scratches AT ALL and the maximum capacity was at 99%. All that for a great price too? Even the packaging oh my god they secured everything real well and made sure it was nice and carefully packed before shipping it out. I’m the type to find these skeptical and “too good to be true” but in fact it is the opposite. I showed it off to my family and friends of my new phone and they were also astonished about the price and quality. I love it here. Will be purchasing again very soon no doubt.

    I really like the phone, but it uses a lot of charge per day, and it takes about three hours to charge to 100%. I think the battery is not so good. I do not use the phone except to make about 6-10 calls per day. My son has an iphone and he said his will charge to 100% in less then two hours. His phone is two years old.
