    I broke my phone about a week ago and a friend of mine suggested that I go to Back Market to get a replacement. I did and I have been extremely happy with the replacement phone. I can’t believe I originally spent $1200 for the phone and replaced it for under 300. I will probably never buy a brand new phone again. This phone works perfectly and makes me question why I ever paid retail before. Thank you Back Market for all of your efforts in obtaining phones and expertly refurbishing them. I feel you have a customer for life. Thanks again .

    This phone was only 2 years old, and was on here for 600. I couldn't resist that price, and purchased it. It came with 3 small slightly scratched spots on the screen, but that's all. For a refurbished phone, it otherwise works perfect :)

    This iPhone 12 Pro Max was in nearly new condition and has worked almost flawlessly. On rare occasions, it fails to turn off via the normal button slide. However, the solution is very simple and is done in seconds. A great buy.

    This unlocked Galaxy S20+ 5G 128 GB Purple was in excellent condition. I am so glad that I was referred to Back Market. The order processed quickly and I had my phone in less than a Week. However, the phone had problems connecting to my existing AT&T network. Various dropped calls and sometimes would not connect to the Internet or Call at all. Phone would have Blackout points, even after the carrier switched out the SIM card. It has now been 3 weeks of trying to sort out the complications.

    Very pleased so far, been setting it up for the past 6 hours almost. The things I noticed immediately were that there was no sim ejector tool, good thing I had a spare, and that the camera was pretty dirty, theres this hair somehow between the camera and the outside that I can't pull out. But besides the dirtyness, when opening it for the first time the plastic was kidna loud, I assume because it hasn't been open for awhile. But I was given the correct 512GB Black model, and so far its been great! The screen is so bright and vivid, and jeez I didn't think samsung could reinvent the fun I had when I first got a phone. Ill make sure to come back to this post if anything bad happens with the phone within the 1 year warranty.

    It was a birthday gift for my sister to replace an old iPhone X, works great, quick response time on the screen when it comes to moving between apps and arrived within two days. The camera is great and the price was more than reasonable. The life on the battery is phenomenal, 7-9 hours without charging easily.

    This is the second item I've bought from Back Market and they have both worked amazingly for me. The only problem I had was that the battery wasn't that good. I eneded up forgetting my pin and had to do a hard reset not long after I got the phone but that improved battery life. The phone didn't come in the original packaging of course but it still came with a charger. I got the Z Flip 5 for about half the price of a brand new one! Back Market will be the first place I look for future tech items.

    I have to admit I was a. bit skeptical by the packaging when my S22 arrived, but it's in excellent condition. I previously had an s9, so I'm still learning it's functions. I have purchased phones for the family here before, and they are all still in use . Thanks, Back Market.
