    I have to say I was thoroughly impressed after receiving a recommendation for this website, and after placing my order. First and foremost, the devices are unusually inexpensive (obviously a plus); but given options of memory and color on a site exclusively selling refurbished phones was incredible. Secondly, my order was received and I was given a 5 day delivery time. No issues there. But my device came on the 3rd day and I was thoroughly pleased with the service provided. I will certainly continue to recommended this site. Good work

    Solid refurbish job, phone has lasted, and worked for me well. Unfortunately dropped it recently without a case. Still operates great, a couple small cracks and its just time to get a new one. Had it without issues for more than two years now.

    I received the phone earlier than expected. Popped in the Sim card, transferred over my information and I was in business. However, the charger I received, did not work for this phone. In any event, I'm so happy I did not have to pay over 1k and I'm just as satisfied! YAY!! I will admit I was hesitant to the idea of purchasing a refurbished phone. I am now a believer! My son just said my phone is being weird...guess where his "new" phone is coming from lol!!

    after attempts with both Walmart, and Amazon, both of which I had to send the device back due to it not connecting to my network, (VERIZON) I took a chance with Black Market. I really wanted a Galaxy S20 5G,and unlocked. I had NO PROBLEMS AT ALL with Black Market. The phone arrived much quicker than I had expected, and transferred all my data flawlessly,AND easily connected to my network first try. I would highly recommend Black Market to any, and all. I am positive I will be a return customer. Thank You.

    Honestly I am really pleased. The price was really good, and the phone doesn't have any visible issues. The only thing in slight question is what I think is the included screen protector. It has already cracked a little (hardly noticeable), and I'm pretty sure it happened after I received the phone. I believe this is a Samsung provided screen protector provided with more than likely a replacement screen. Over all its very difficult to tell that this phone is not new. I am very pleased with this purchase, and I don't have any complaints.

    Fantastic customer service! The phone started out okay, but within a week of so had difficulty finding a signal and would drop it right away. No hassles with the return. A good company tries to understand the "problem" and then solve it to the satisfaction of the customer. A short sighted company sees the customer as the "problem" and ops for a small short term gain and a large long loss rather than a small short term loss and large long term gain from continued repeat business. I have already bought a replacement through Back market.

    I ordered several phones over Christmas. 4 out of 8 were still locked upon arrival. I have learned that multiple sellers don't offer the same quality and experience. I have started looking at reviews off back market. of course there is the no question ask return policy but I made people wait for gifts and I'm still dealing with it a month after Christmas. the hassle and some I paid extra shipping. you don't get those funds back. so my last order was great.

    This phone is like new! Not a single scratch or flaw. Works great too and I'm extremely pleased. I highly recommend BackMarket if you want a phone that is like new. Why pay so much more for a new phone?

    Very nice, excellent condition (no scratches found) and easy to set up. Also impressed that it arrived just a few days after ordering - terrifyingly easy. Great to have a smaller, better phone than my last. Only reservation is the battery doesn't seem to last - not sure if a S20 thing or this phone, but a full charge lasts less than a day with moderate use. If it wasn't for that would give 5/5

    It's a pretty good phone. The battery sometimes will show to be a 100% a lot, but sometimes it will say it's fully charged at 85%. It's not often, but it's rare. Sometimes I don't know why but overall is a good phone. Since I just started to switch to apple to Android. again
