Watch is absolutely perfect. Cannot tell it was used at all. When they say mint condition they mean it! Super fast shipping. This was my first refurbished purchase ever and I am more than happy with the entire experience.

The phone is awesome. Great Value. Definitely bang for your buck . I am really impressed with the quality of the phone. Takes great pictures and overall smooth performance. I usually use Samsung Galaxy Notes in the last but decided to give LG a try and I have to say definitely worth a shot.

So far the watch looks and works great. The only problem I have is there was no padding whatsoever inside the box. The watch was not wrapped for any kind of protection against the charger rattling against the face during shipment. Luckily nothing was damaged.

I found the phone to have a little more cosmetic imperfections than I was expecting (based on the description on the product page). There was nothing big, but some scuffs and scratches here and there. I reached out to the seller and they responded quickly by offering a partial refund. Since the phone worked perfectly, I accepted their offer. I am very happy with the phone, and the customer service is great. Highly recommended.

The screen has severe burn in. I can see the nav bar and status bar icons all the time.

On full charge only lasted 40 minutes to an hour using zoom. Not for me unfortunately when new they are rated for 4 hours.

These headphones were DOA! I charged them turned it on. The voice said "fully charged, connected ." Not even 15 seconds later the voice came back on and said the battery was low, needed to charge & headphones turned off! VERY FRUSTRATING!!!
