I ordered the Samsung galaxy s20 5g cloud blue in excellent condition, and that's exactly what I received! Not a single scratch or scuff anywhere on it. Shipping was on time and required a signature which is what I was hoping anyway. Powered on and everything was in working order, 128gb as I ordered. Powercycled again just to be sure. Everything looks to be amazing, though I bought as a xmas gift for my son so I only had it one a few minutes to check it. Would definitely recommend.

My Galaxy S20 FE is indeed in Excellent condition as promised! I like this mint color too. The phone functions correctly from everything I can tell, and the transition was seamless between my old and new through Verizon virtual customer service. They have a spot where you first check that your device will be compatible before you move stuff, which is where I'd like to dare a suggestion. If possible, could the companies that send off the phones include a page or e-receipt blurb with the IMEI number when someone orders a device? This would make it very helpful to check a receipt instead of getting through the whole setup wizard and moving stuff before being able to read the number from the phone to know if it'll work with the carrier. Amateur idea, however. I don't sell phones! Love what I got, that's all I know. Thank you for making my move to a new phone affordable and quality. Sent the link to the S20 FE page to more friends too.

I was a bit apprehensive about buying a refurbished I Phone 8, but I have been pleasantly surprised with my purchase. There wasn't a scratch on this baby,and it still had a screen protector on it, so it was in pristine condition even though it was just rated "good." So, I was a little suspicious of the company, I’d never heard of backmarket before, they were heavily marketed in search results and I was afraid it would be scammy or the phone would be in worse condition than advertised. I was pretty shocked when it arrived though. I ordered one in “fair” condition, expecting it to be fairly beat up. However, the phone was in fantastic shape, I would have categorized it well above “fair”. Everything else was as promised, battery health is above 80% (it is 86%) the charger and cable are brand new and unused, there was even a glass screen protector already installed.

Phone is great! It arrived in advertised condition with both a charging cable and an adapter, safely packaged in a sturdy box with instructions for setup. I had some trouble locating the SD card slot, (it's on the back of the sim tray in the Verizon model) but customer service cleared that up, easily. So far, I haven't encountered any problems, and the phone definitely works on Google Fi. Super happy with my purchase and the help from customer !

The quality is AMAZING, I could not tell that this was refurbished. The battery life, look, feel... everything felt new. The only problem... changing my network provider Whoever had the phone before I did, used Verizon, I use Metro I could NOT change the provider by myself, I don't even know if this phone was truly unlocked, I brought it to Metro and everything is fine, but it was stressful. But honestly, I would 10/10 buy from this seller and site again, this is my first time, and it will definitely not be my last.

I really, really like your company--my shopping and customer service experiences couldn't have been better. I'm a tad confused by the condition listed above--does Very Good = Excellent (the condition I ordered)? (That's really a rhetorical question.) My screen has a few shallow diagonal scratches. I only see them in very bright light (like direct sunlight). They've had no significant impact on my experience with the phone, which is otherwise immaculate. The phone is fast and its battery life has been very good. I'm very happy with it, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Back Market to a friend.
