    This was the first time I researched tech on this site. It was easy to find the phone devices and compare prices. The transaction was quick, and I even bought Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro because the first experience was so easy. I wouldn't buy tech any other way than refurbished through this site. Why pay retail.

    I inadvertently ruined my phone practically as soon as it arrived from Back Market's seller, but before that happened I briefly got to feel like I got a brand new phone that was accidentally miscategorized a a refurbish. In other words, this company is what I call A+ quality. I would be tempted to trade it toward buying a replacement, but $20 bucks!?! I kinda want to practice trying to fix it myself. I've been trying to get better at this sort of thing. I took the screws out to reveal the condition of the slot that I assumed I had damaged and I AM newbie to these phones, but it looks like a simple matter of hoping for pure beginners luck combined with YouTube lessons haha.. because all I can see is a very very slight bit of damage to the edge of the slot. For an expert, probably an easy fix, but that horrible horrible (hehe :)) $20 offer for it as-is is just going to give me reason to get some more practice in! I really wish I could reach someone there on the phone!!! It's fine chatting, but I'd like to explain that the seller needs to offer more than $20 dollars when the damage is so minimal. Absolutely no damage to the screen, but some roughness around the edges when I barbarically opened the thing up because I had no clue it's glued shut for a reason. I'm used to my Motorola! THey are to blame! But the fact that I'm going to buy another phone from you guys right now means I don't want to shop anywhere else. I would like to find out if you guys take stuff like PC monitors as trade-ins. I was looking for the option but maybe in the wrong place.

    I like this phone very much. It's quite speedy and the performance is up to date. Although I was puzzled that it was an AT&T phone, I managed to go to their website and change it to unlock. Now my phone is compatible with any carrier. I love how this phone is really the right size for texting, and it isn't too large to change landscapes. This is my first refurbished phone, and I'm quite surprised that this is my first flagship phone. I will recommend this to my friends if they want to budget their money!! 5/5
