I'd hesitated to contact you guys (or the seller) because I'd ordered a '011 model and was sent an '012... I couldn't bring myself to complain! :) While I was expecting it to come with High Sierra installed (as advertised, it did) I quickly found that I much preferred El Capitan. After some shenanigans I was able to get it back. And -because of a goof?- the upgrade to a late 2012 model has impressed me no end: HDMI video and USB 3.0 makes quite a difference. So I guess what I'm saying is, if I owe you some more money, I'll consider coughing some up... BTW: Quality of the machine, excellent. Packaging very good. Speed of delivery, also very good. My mid 2017 iMac arrived perfectly packed and included a keyboard, mouse and power cable. Esthetic condition was listed as good, but it seemed perfect to me. I found no cosmetic flaws. I was up and running right away, and upgraded the system to Big Sur 11.0.1 immediately. This is my second product from blackmarket. I'm very happy with the iPhone 8 I got a couple of months ago. I recommended the site to my son, and he is very happy with his google phone. This has become my go to place!

10/10 I had never purchased a refurbished computer before and just recently ordered a MacBook Air 13" (Early 2015) core i5 RAM 8GB - 256 GB SSD in Stallone condition. I don’t know what Stallone condition means but this appears as if it just came from the MacBook Air factory. There is only the lightest scratch on the rim of the bottom that I probably wouldn’t have even noticed if I wasn’t purposefully trying to find a flaw. The computer shipped within 12 hours and was on my door step in 5 days. Thanks dudes! You absolutely have a returning customer in me!

If there is a doubt in your mind, drop it! This iPad Air is EXACTLY what I needed and is EXACTLY how they described it. I purchased it because I needed an older iOS. Apple does not let you install an iOS backwards higher than their latest iOS. My wife's iPad 6 had iOS 13.3.3. The camera in the iPad 6 would not work. After finding out the reason was the latest iOS was the problem and not the camera. I was so upset with Apple for blacklisting all other iOS's than their latest, I bought this one. It is incapable of 'Upgrading" to iOS 13.0 and up. It has iOS 12.4.6. And the camera now works! I don't like it that the question "Did the product come with accessories and are they in good shape" doesn't give a proper response list. Mine did not come with any accessories but there wasn't a response for this. I could not continue unless I chose a response listed. I should have clicked on the "Very upset" icon except I was only very upset because now I have deceived everyone. Making them believe that mine did, in fact, come with accessories and they were in good shape. I didn't want people to believe the opposite. That is why I didn't click on the "Very upset" icon. They need to add a "Not relative" icon.

I believe the 2015 Macbook Pro is the cream of the crop of all Macbook Pros (bring back non-proprietary ports apple...i'm not angry i just wanna talk), so I ordered a stacked out model to last me until Apple releases a laptop worth buying. However, I was sent the wrong device (dings throughout the screen + body; high battery cycle count). Long story short, I contacted customer service and it took a bit of time to work out with the refurbisher but was eventually sent the correct model which exceeded my expectations (it definitely closer to excellent vs good condition so yeah kudos to you guys). All devices come with a warranty which the refurbisher assured they would honour, which gives you peace of mind in the event something fails. I'm very pleased with my S-tier Macbook as well as the way BackMarket and the partnered refurbisher handled my order.

Wow! I was hesitant to order at first because I had never ordered from BackMarket before. I just needed a cheap iPad for note-taking for school, so I ordered one in "fair" condition. I am completely amazed at the quality of the product I received for the price. The only imperfections are a few light marks on the back that seem to be from a case. The iPad essentially looks and functions as if it is brand new, and I couldn't be happier.

Had an issue with the MacBook Pro that I received first. It was a hardware issue that was not apparent until I tried to update MacOS. Customer service was top notch and they replaced the machine right away. I ordered the machine as fair condition, but I was surprised that both the initial machine and the replacement were in seemingly perfect condition.

It was my first time shopping from this site and let me tell you, it was an excellent experience. First, it was the fastest package I have ever received. Ok so I bought a 2014 MacBook and loved it but it would’nt let me download Microsoft word. So the guy who helped me suggested one after 2015 and I ended up getting an air bc they’re so much lighter. And omg I can’t put into words how perfect this laptop is. And the fact that I got it for less than 400?????? ABSOLUTELY not a scratch or anything wrong on it with it nothing!! This is my third purchase from Back Market. Two iphones and now a MacBook Air. I've been impressed with all of my purchases - great quality. My MacBook shipped several days before estimated (even during the busy holiday season!), arrived quickly and well packaged.
