    Quality, timeliness, function, and overall experience with Back Market was phenomenal. I purchased this S10 about 4 years ago and it has not had ANY issues. I am ready to upgrade and I had no hesitation about coming back here to get my next phone. Can't recommend them enough!

    I really love Backmarket, I’ve bought two iPhones from them, and the only reason I’m currently shopping is because it’s been four years and I’ve ran out of storage and can no longer update (too many pics of my dog no regrets) and it’s time to upgrade. Even after four years it still holds battery all day, and the only issues I’ve ever had have only been recently because of my unwillingness to delete old pictures/texts/etc. I recommend these guys to anyone that’s in the market for a new piece of tech, so much cheaper and better for the environment, plus free fast shipping AND their customer service is top notch. Not that I’ve really ever needed it because everything has always been beyond my expectations!! Also I don’t even mind their marketing emails because they’re cute and funny and not nearly as spammy as they could be, and I HATE marketing emails so that’s really saying a lot.

    I bought a refurbished iPhone XR from these guys and you would swear the thing was brand new. Not only was the price significantly cheaper than anywhere else I looked, the condition was excellent. I would definitely recommend Back Market to anyone looking to save money on quality refurbished electronics.

    Package arrived ahead of schedule and in fine condition. The phone was in bubble wrap inside a padded (with bubble wrap) envelope. I bought a refurbished iPhone SE, Silver condition, and it is as advertised. There are very few scratches on the case and none on the screen. The phone came with a charging cord and a single USB charging block that plugs into the wall, nothing fancy. This is a Christmas present but I plugged it in to check it out. The battery was at about 30% but I let the system update and I charged it up to 100% and turned it off. Over the past week and a half it has only lost 2% of it's charge sitting on the shelf. If there are any problems after I gift it on Christmas day I'll update this review.

    This is the fourth refurbished product I have ordered from Backmarket and I am thrilled with it, as usual. It was in excellent condition when I received it and so far it is functioning very well. I will never pay the ridiculous price the ask for a new Apple product as long as your company is still around!

    This is refurbished??? Because the quality of the phone itself (the hardware) looks superb (and of course you can slap a case on it, etc., and you should). And the Pixel 2 experience has been wonderful so far: no issues with dropped calls or sound quality or bluetooth or wifi or anything really.
