I loved my old iPhone 6s but finally had to update. I researched and decided I wanted another small iPhone. I got the 12 mini. I love it! Battery was 98% and it works great! The whole process was great w BackMarket.

I ordered a good condition phone, the cosmetic appearance was great, but the battery was at 77% health and said it needed service. This didn’t feel like an upgrade to me and was way below their quality standards. I returned it for repair and they just refunded me so I had to go and order a different one.

This is the second time I've purchased a phone through Back Market. The first time I purchased a phone it was advertised as "unlocked" and it was a locked phone. I switched carriers to be able to use the phone. I've since broken that phone and went to purchase another phone through Back Market that was advertised as locked to Verizon. This phone is not a Verizon phone. Two times they have sent me a locked phone that was not as advertised. Go somewhere else to purchase a phone.
