Great order. It came with a screen protector although it was permanent. Took me an hour and a few cuts to take the screen protector off (I wanted to have a different screen protector on it) but besides that it came the way it did.

Very good! Purchased because my iPhone died and needed another phone to "hold me over" until the replacement came. It's been going solid after about 1-1.5 years of use. Battery life leaves something to be desired (not the sellers fault, just how the phone is). Otherwise, it is a fantastic phone! I went with the "excellent" quality phone and it looked brand new.

Phone was in near perfect Condition. No scratches. Unfortunatly has some weird t-mobile parental controls on it and the battery doesn't last super long but came with charging cable and block. Very nice phone. Good price.

The screen is flashing and it's seems off!! this is my 3rd Note 10, the first one I cracked the screen the 2nd one say low temp. So it will not charge, point is I've had a Note 10 since 2019 this one although refurbished is flawed, I should have just taken my other one to get fixed, but it has a couple small cracks so I thought buying refurbished would be better since they are discontinued I cannot get a new one BIG MISTAKE!! Not happy with this phone although I still don't want a different phone, just a Note 10 that
