The vender sent a Galaxy S9+ instead of the Galaxy S9 that was ordered. This created a problem because I had already ordered case and screen cover for the S9. Contacted seller and the only remedy offered was to return the phone. Of course, in today's world returning the phone and getting a new one was not a viable option due to the time delay involved. Additionally, I had already spent time setting up the device. The phone itself is in great working order. It just seems really unprofessional to not be able to deliver the correct model that was ordered.
