Back Market announces two Executive Committee appointments. Christophe Curt has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Group, succeeding Clément Petit, who became CEO on 1 September 2026. Caroline Levard, VP Legal, joins the Executive Committee as Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer.
These appointments are the latest step in the reshaping of Back Market's leadership team initiated this summer. Following a profitable 2025 in which Back Market saw its GMV grow by 32% exceeding €3 billion. With Caroline Levard joining the Executive Committee, women now account for five of its nine members.

Christophe Curt succeeds Clément Petit as Back Market's Chief Financial Officer
With more than 20 years of experience in finance, Christophe Curt joins Back Market to lead the Group's financial strategy and support the next stages of its development.
He began his career at Deloitte before holding a number of finance positions at international groups including Tyco, Sika and PPG Industries. He joined Cromology in 2016, initially as Finance and Administration Director for France Distribution, before becoming Chief Financial Officer for France in 2021 and Group Chief Financial Officer in 2022.
In 2024, Christophe Curt joined PMU as Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Executive Committee. In July 2025, he was appointed interim Chief Executive Officer, a role he held until the arrival of the new CEO, Cyrille Giraudat, in January 2026.
Caroline Levard joins the Executive Committee after more than five years leading Back Market's legal function
Caroline Levard joins Back Market's Executive Committee as Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer. Since joining Back Market as Legal Manager in 2020, her responsibilities have expanded in line with the company's growth and expansion. She now oversees the company's legal, regulatory, tax, public affairs and sustainability activities.

Before joining Back Market, Caroline Levard spent eight years as a lawyer at Racine before becoming Legal Manager at Showroomprivé. Her appointment to the Executive Committee therefore recognises a role that is already central to the company and brings these issues into Back Market's highest level of governance.
