Refurbished iPhone 7 series

The only issue is that the battery health was on 80 when i got it

Receive phone and it was fine. 6 months in it won’t connect to WiFi. It’s an 11 year old phone (it’s not on a service plan) so the phone is no unusable. I sent to phone back under warranty and they sent me back the same broken phone that won’t connect to WiFi. No communication about the phone being fixed or replace or anything! I will never buy from back market ever again. Horrible customer service.

I recently purchased an iPhone from this location, and I'm disappointed with my experience. Within just 10 minutes of charging, the phone's battery overheats significantly. Despite reaching out for an exchange or a solution, I was informed that they would not accommodate my request. Now, I'm stuck with a potentially unsafe device. I expected better customer service and product quality, and I hope this feedback helps others be more cautious.

Battery life horrible, paid more for higher quality, would have rather had an uglier phone that worked better, will use a different company next time, And when you ask for help, I get the 404 time for a break page, every time, it’s like a scam. Could not find any customer service phone number, hope y’all have better luck

We haven't been able to use it, the transfer of phone is to complicated. The sim card was missing, and that was a pain to get. Overall the actual review will never happen because I cant figure how to transfer the service from the old phone to the one purchased. it would be great if there were a wire that could be plugged into both phones and it would transfer everything for the user.
