Refurbished iPhone Rose Gold

Back Market so far has always sent me very amazing refurbished electronics that never had scratches or anything wrong with them. The latest thing I purchased was a iPhone 14 Pro Max and it came like it was brand new! Good job Back Market, 10/10.

I ordered an iPhone 14 plus in excellent condition but it’s more of a “good/fair” than anything. I’ve bought from back market a few times with great experiences but this one was just not that good. The phone works fine, the battery health is decent (90%) but the sides of the phone were scratched and dirty. Besides that I am pleased with the performance of the phone and the screen and back glass look amazing. I guess it really just depends on the refurbisher.

Purchased an iPhone 12. It was delivered within a couple days, and is in excellent condition. Even the battery health is 100%!! Wow! So glad I ordered from Give Back Wireless instead of Amazon or Apple refurbished. Phone works perfectly and was set at a very fair price. 10/10 would order again. Love my phone, probably not the best decision to buy a refurbished iPhone 15 right now but I am in love, took around 30 minutes to set it up and it’s been great!! This is my third buy from here and hopefully I am able to soon buy an iPad! (For drawing ofc) so hopefully that goes good as well!

I ordered the iPhone 12 Pro in good condition. When I received the phone it looked great with very minor scratches on the screen and barely anything on the body. However, in further inspection I noticed the call speaker to look rough and when I tested the speaker it had a “buzzing” sound. It was obviously not functional as it should be. I also noticed the bottom speaker to have some damage as well. I immediately began the return to fix this issue and they sent me a new phone altogether. The speaker issue was fixed and the phone condition was basically the same as the other. Minor scratches and barely any body damage that I could see. I’m impressed with the customer service and how quick they were to help and send a new one. I do recommend checking the speakers with your refurbished phone before being 100% confident you don’t need to return!

I chose to buy the iPhone 11 pro max in fair condition and with the new battery. To my surprise, the iPhone arrived brand new, I had no reaction because I didn't expect to receive the smartphone in this condition, I expected to receive a refurbished iPhone, but to my surprise I received a brand new one, or else this seller's work on refurbishing is so perfect that the equipment arrived new with 100% incredible battery life, simply incredible, so far I'm amazed at the quality of this iPhone. In the past I always bought new phones because I didn’t have real trust in refurbished phones. But as my son had a great experience with Backmarket, I thought I should go with them this time. I bought a phone advertised as being in “very good condition” and I have to say I‘ve been totally happy with everything so far: their service, shipping, and the phone! The reason why I don’t want to give a five star rating is, that I was a bit disappointed that it didn’t come with a new battery, though. The battery is still good at over 80%, but at a price of $600 for an iPhone 13 Pro, I definitely had hopped it would come with a new battery! But apart from that I really can recommend Backmarket and their products.

The phone arrived in secure packaging and it is in better condition than advertised! Great price for such an awesome phone. I have used the iPhone 12 since it came out and I bought this iPhone 12 256gb to upgrade storage. I would definitely recommend BackMarket and especially Cellphone Depot when considering the purchase of a refurbished phone.

I ordered a iPhone 13 Pro in excellent condition. I was very pleased when I received the phone as it looked like a new phone with no visible indications of use except some very small marks around the outside of the screen which I was not concerned about due to that are being covered by the case. It also had 89% battery life which was great to see on a refurbished phone. The shipping from the provider was very fast and it came packaged very securely to prevent damage. I had set up the phone installed the case and was attempting to install the glass screen protector. After two attempts with different screen protectors I determined that the screen was not fully flat, middle higher than the edges, but not visible to naked eye. The screen protector would not adhere properly due to this. I was very disappointed because up to that point I was loving the phone and experience with the refurbished product. I decided to return the phone and I have nothing but praise for how Back Market handled the return process.
