    We received our product significantly later than expected, but main issue is we paid for Surface Pro 7, lower spec, and received a Pro 5 (older model) but was higher spec. Would have much rather known if it was a planned swap out due to availability. Also all customer service is extremely bot like, could be but slower than expected turn around on getting info. ALSO "Microsft" type case we ordered was falsely advertised as it was an aftermarket brand not Microsoft. IF you order from here check what you actually get vs ordered ASAP.

    This surface pro was advertised as Excellent condition. Clearly, it was not tested prior to being sold. The screen began to "jump" and was fuzzy - not just in the OS but even when restarting with the SURFACE splash screen; an obvious hardware issue. Returned for refund.

    The seller is not careful and precise. First, they sent me device that was already set up (suspicious). Wanting to be on the safe side, I did a factory reset. Unfortunately, they didn't completely wipe and clean the tablet, so when I did a factory reset by step 3 I was being asked to login to my Whole Foods MS account... great. What was supposed to be a surprise gift for my husband has now become a headache-and-a-half. I have 1 week to not only return this tablet, but get my refund (which will take 2-3 business days) then buy ANOTHER device which hopefully doesn't take forever to arrive.
