I wanted to leave a really quick review, this is actually a replacement phone for a previous order that did not meet expectations or desires. Although this was actually originally a carrier phone like the previous, that's now just unlocked, (which is what 99% of users buying an unlocked phone expect or need), as a developer it's a little bit different for me, but with that said, the emotions I felt opening this phone, are the emotions I wish I had felt opening my original purchase from a different seller (a pixel device). It was AMAZING! it's a beautiful device, it meets expectations AND the seller claims. I love it! I'm very happy with yow backmarket has handled me as a customer. I haven't bought a phone elsewhere for many years and the recent purchase from a diff seller was the only time I was upset from the getgo and tried to suffer thru it, eventually leaving an unhappy review although I didn't expect anything nor did I plan on swapping until the device had more problems, but this oneplus is perfect, the seller has been AMAZING, and so has backmarket customer service. I'm glad I can continue to be a back market customer!

Seller shipped the wrong phone packaged in a box labeled OnePlus 7t. Instead I was sent a Samsung TracPhone that was packaged poorly and very dirty. The return process was a breeze, thanks to Back Market customer service. I would order from Back Market again, but I would avoid this specific seller. I would give Back Market 5 stars for their customer service.

Don't select the 2 day delivery it's a scam....I ordered my phone after 1pm on Wed so the seller doesn't count that as day 1 because I purchased the device after 1pm.So I received the phone on monday.Dont oorder it I asked for a refund and they told me it has been 2 days because they don't count the weekends as it's not a business day? And refused to refund me the 10$ it's not the money idc about the 10 I care about scamming me that's the way I feel they screwed me out of a measly 10$

It works as great as I'd expect if I got it brand new. Definitely worth it. Only irritating thing was it didn't come with the charger that it comes with in the retail box. However, if you bought it brand new v.s. this and the charger and such separate, you still save over 100$.
