The speaker itself is perfect. I definitely cannot tell it is refurbished. Also the customer service was excellent. However, the speaker came with a “defective” power adapter. It looks like an OEM Apple 20W charger but it does not power the HomePod (flashing yellow light) so it does not have the required 20W of power throughput. I had to use another one! Generally I am happy with the product and the service though. I would use BackMarket again for sure.

After a very small hiccup in delivery my Anker Soundcore 2 arrived and I’m delighted. The sound quality is so much better than my old (ancient in modern terms) Sony Bluetooth speaker that I smile every time I turn on the music and listen. The tones are rich and lovely. I’m not a speaker aficionado nor do I understand the ins and outs of sound physics but I love my speaker and it suits my needs.

Although purchased a "good" condition item, HomePod mini looks like new and functions perfect. Package arrived completely smashed though via USPS, but the device was wrapped well in bubble wrap and was unaffected. Came with a brand new proper charging brick. Arrived on time. Was already set up and in Spanish so used the translate app on my phone to understand what Siri was saying and then reset following Apple's instructions online.
