The service was fine and my laptop came quickly, especially considering the holidays. This laptop is the same model as the last one. The only things different are: -you've gotta get the screen at just the right angle of its pretty wahed out. -its confusing as to do I click or tap. The last one I always clicked. Won't work on this one. Given that they said the thing was only in fair condition, it's doing pretty good (price was reasonable, physical condition like new).
