Headphones are pretty much new. Came in box with all usual paperwork, ear sizes, and charging cable. Wouldn't really call them noise-canceling, but that's not a big deal to me. Also I forgot to check before buying, but Beats is owned by Apple so if you don't have an iPhone you won't be able to get notifications through the headphones. Just what I ordered. They have a great sound and great battery life. The case is a little clunky and I wish it had the wireless charging like the Apple Pro's but those are small things.
