Phone is in good shape, I do regret getting the "Great" shape phone as it was about $80.00 More than the "Fair" shape one and I feel like this one is fair quality. The phone works as it should sometimes my text don't go through and I never had that issue with my old cheapo phone. But other than that it is a great phone for a good price.
