Physically the laptop was in great condition, however, when powered in immediately ran diagnostics and showed the fan wasn’t working. Sent it back. Waiting for a replacement/repair Laptop was not repaired or replaced. I was issued a refund. First time buying a refurbished laptop was not a good experience
