I ordered this phone for my daughter. I have used Back Market for many years. In the description, they claimed the phone was locked to the T-Mobile carrier, which is what I needed. Upon arrival, it was not in fact locked to T-Mobile but to Verizon. I returned it and decided to give them another chance, as my daughter wanted this particular phone because she has a few phone cases for it and the only ones on Back Market were from this company. After I ordered my second one from this company, I immediately sent a message to the company requesting that they make certain the phone was indeed locked to T-Mobile because I really needed a phone for my daughter and didn't want to do the whole returning and re-ordering junk. They sent me the IMEI number after it had shipped and when I looked it up on the T-Mobile site, it did say it was under the T-Mobile carrier. Great! right? WRONG. AGAIN.... this phone was locked to Verizon. So they sent me the wrong IMEI number and/or the wrong phone AGAIN. So now I am on to my second return and a month without a phone for my daughter. I will continue to use Back Market, but I will not be ordering from this refurbishing company again.

I received my order on time within 3 days, and the phone was the model I ordered. The problem with the order is that the seller sent the same phone I ordered but locked with the wrong carrier (Verizon) than the one that I purchased (T-Mobile). Unfortunately I have to return this phone early tomorrow for a refund, and I have to continue to be without a phone again until I can purchase a new temporary phone with the correct carrier. I find it very disappointing that I needed to spend the only money I had left on this phone, and I could not use it at all because of this. An Iphone I purchased before this phone was correct and worked beautifully so I do still trust this site though.
