I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with my experience. I got an unlocked Galaxy A26 and it was in great condition. The only reason I did a 4 star is the phone originally came from Xfinity mobile apparently. Due to this, there are wo required Xfinity apps that i cannot get off my home screen. Xfinity always pops up on the start menu as well. I would have felt better about it if it was disclosed. It's really a quirk, I put the two apps on a previous page where I cannot see them (they are greyed out because they cannot be hidden from the home screen). Otherwise, it took my Mint Mobile Sim card fine and it works great. Just made it feel more like a refurbished phone having Xfinity stuff tied to it. Ask if there were any previous providers tied to the phone when you buy refurbished I guess...
